Of course, shock was what Valyr thought they were feeling when he looked at them. After all, both of their eyes and mouths were as open as they could be, staring at the thing that he'd just done.
However, as he listened to the words that eventually came out of Mystia's mouth, his thoughts immediately changed.
It was through her words that he realized that the two weren't feeling shock or surprise whatsoever.
It was astonishment.
And from what Valyr could perceive from Mystia's tone, a hint of excitement as well.
"You're… you're already finished?" Mystia asked him, her lips subconsciously curling up into a smile. "Are you sure you haven't done any of this in the past? Like tried it a couple of times and ended up forgetting it?"
"Not that I know of." Tilting his head in slight confusion, Valyr shook his head in response. "After all, I only had a point of Mystic Energy to my name until recently."
