Shaking his head with a look of slight disappointment, Tristan slowly made his way out of the town gates as he gazed out at the battlefield. "What's taking him so long?"
With the entire town more than prepared for the monster tide thanks to Valyr's help, it went without saying that the speed at which monster tide was cleared was significantly faster than before.
Of course, with Valyr taking care of the last two waves, that speed was further amplified, allowing the entire town to clean up the entire battlefield before the sun began to set.
Then again, even though the battlefield from earlier had already returned to more or less how it looked before, there was still one thing on it that hadn't been removed by the townspeople.
