As Valyr heard the words that came out of Alfaera's mouth, a myriad of thoughts began lingering in his mind as he thought to himself, 'Surely, that can't be referring to me…'

And that was to have a weapon absorb the entirety of a Tidemother in order for it to improve in rarity.
Of course, the young man continued to ponder over Alfaera's words for a bit more, slowly shifting his thoughts away from the idea of him being the target of the upcoming monster tide.
