Synopsis
It was 2033 when humanity made its greatest advancement in science, the discovery of the Akashic Records. It is the compilation of all worlds and civilizations in the True Universe. The discovery immediately led to Earth entering the Akashic Records. This ushered in a golden era that gave birth to Weaponmasters. However, just as humanity was prospering, an unprecedented disaster happened. Other worlds and civilizations came and conquered Earth. A myriad of races took a piece of the blessed world. This caused humanity to be degraded into slaves for years. At last, after 333 years, humanity broke free of the grasp of the conquerors. Now, it is 2533, and despite the rise of humans, they were still viewed as inferior species. Could this generation of human Weaponmasters take back the world that was once theirs?

Chapter 1 - At Last!

Five hundred years ago, Earth ushered into what is now known as The Golden Era of humankind when scientists discovered the Akashic Records. It was the path to being a part of the True Universe. A vessel that connected Earth to myriad worlds.

This rise gave birth to Weaponmasters, which are individuals who use weapons to fight. Entry into the Akashic Records filled Earth with Arcane which caused a qualitative change not just in the environment, but humans themselves.

Humans became stronger than ever and with the help of Arcane, created weapons that are fueled by Arcane, thus giving birth to Weaponmasters.

However, what was even more fascinating was the people who awakened their Weaponsouls. It was said that those who had great determination and hope awakened a Weaponsoul tailored to their desires. This created individuals later classified as Innate Weaponmasters.

The Golden Era was halted in just two short years, though, as the invaders swept through the lands. No shortage of race came rushing to the planet. No amount of nuclear weapons was enough to scratch the invaders. Massive firepower became obsolete in the face of Arcane.

Humans, who were only two years into developing Arcane were convincingly defeated by the invaders who had Arcane for hundreds of thousands, if not millions of years. The oppressed were without hope as they were degraded into lowly slaves.

But the human fire never dies. After 333 years of constant struggle, millions of lives lost in battle, and countless bloodshed for seemingly forever, humans finally broke free from the shackles of slavery. From then on, humans tried their best to climb back up to the top of the world; however, the invaders were not kind enough to allow such actions.

Today, a classic battle continues to go on as the strongest Weaponmasters of humanity fight for the rights of their kind.

It was a dark chamber. The light coming from the burning lantern floating above an exquisite and intricately detailed table was the only source of light in the room. This resulted in a well-lit table, but the individuals surrounding were covered in shadows.

"Ms. Smith, this council had already allowed humans such as yourself to be a part of this high council that tries and decides over a majority of matters that transpires here on Earth. The greed of humans knows no bounds!" The facial features of the one who spoke were covered, but the masculine and heavy voice suggested a male person speaking. His puny height and muscular physique are without a doubt those of a Dwarf.

"Indeed. This council had already taken quite a hit when that happened, but we turned the other cheek to honor your pursuit of freedom. This matter you are seeking is completely over the line," A tall figure of about 2m said. Her facial features were also covered, but her long bright white ears were still visible through the darkness.

"How fitting for a dwarf and an elf to prevent this motion. Are your races too scared to face the possibility of human growth? Are the Dwarves and Elves terrified of the prospect that we, humans, are the poster children of growth?" A lady said.

"Do not provoke us! You are unaware of the consequences of your actions!" the dwarf exploded in rage. Arcane raged from the dwarf. It created a whirlpool of Arcane around him that intensified the pressure surrounding him, creating a scary scene.

"Mr. Keltus, calm down," A gentle voice interrupted Mr. Keltus. Like an obedient child, he quickly withdrew his Arcane. "Since it seems like this council will not reach a consensus, let us follow the democratic procedure. Ms. Smith, please reiterate your motion so as to help the members of this council in casting their votes."

"Of course. The Paragon Academy, widely known as the most prestigious school any individual can study in is still denying human applicants. This academy is funded by the world. It was built to allow future generations to prosper. It is therefore within the greatest desire of humanity for us to be allowed in it and to be a part of it," Ms. Smith asserted. "The Human Congress is fully aware that there are resources from your respective lands in The Paragon Academy. Therefore, we are also inclined to surrender something to this council. In exchange for the removal of the ban on humans at The Paragon Academy, our congress is willing to donate the Himalayas to this council."

The tension within the chamber greatly intensified as Ms. Smith said the price they are willing to pay. It can be noticed that the previously seemingly uninterested council was seriously considering the motion.

Not long after, a very enchanting and alluring feminine voice echoed in the chamber, "If humans are willing to give up resources as well, then we, succubi, greatly support this motion."

"The Beastias are also in support of this movement," A huge and beast-like voice added.

"The motion had been stated and seconded. By the rules of this council, I announce that the motion carries. As per the consensus of the council, those who are not present in this meeting would have their votes considered 'neutral.' There are seven of us here, therefore demanding four votes for the motion to pass. Let us vote," the gentle voice of the mediator announced.

In the town square of New York City, an enormous projection of a news broadcaster made of Arcane was floating above. The succubus was gleefully delivering the news when breaking news popped out.

"Breaking news, everyone! Kyah!" she cried in shock. The creatures loitering around the square immediately looked at the projection in wonder. They saw the succubus who was previously wearing seductive clothes transformed into formal wear within seconds.

A similar event occurred throughout the world as news anchors delivered this piece of breaking news.

"A message from The World Council. I quote, 'After long and tedious debates, this council hereby recognizes the human contribution to the world. This council, therefore, commands The Paragon Academy to release its ban on humans from being students, teachers, or faculty members of the academy,' end quote."
