It was a beautiful day on the California coast people were out with their kids to let them experience one of the best luxuries of life outdoors besides camping. The sun beamed down people layed on their matts with just some shorts on trying to get a tan and 5 to 9 people who worked at the resort on the far side offered drinks the atmosphere of the place couldn't be more bright but the only contrast to that was a man in a yellow buttoned shirt with a tired with a flower on the left side of his chest wearing a opened purple suit his skin white as bleach his eyes a ominous green his hair being a slightly dark green itself and lips a dark red. The man looked at his watch then the sea then back at his watch.
"I guess I arrived a bit too early but all these people here would make a great time killer"
He strolled along the edge of the beach taking notes of all the eyes that started at his for long than a second he was about to remove something from his coat but someone walked up to him.
"hello sir would you like a drink it's one of the best we have at our resort"
The man paused for a second before he grinned in delight taking his drink and patting the guy on the back.
"ah yes some nice fruit blend just what I was thirsting for in this heat!"
he downed it before holding out his hand for a handshake.
"I'll definitely stop by sometime in the future but how about shaking my hand because you could have just stayed inside like the rest but came out here just for people like me baking in the heat"
the worker didn't see the problem and reached to shake his hand but as soon as he gripped it he was electrocuted to such a point he fell to the ground unconscious.
"hahahaha that's the oldest trick in the book hahaha I got hand it to his niavite hahaha!"
those who were near by and saw that or seeing the aftermath immediately start running away some frantically pulling out their phone dialing 911.
"oops looks like they're dialing the cops I must have really gave a shock hahaha I should grab a hostage but which age hmmm eny meany miny mo!"
he rushed at a woman who was to busy listening to some tunes on her headphones and ripped them off grabbing the back of her shirt and holding her at gunpoint.
"hold still now I wouldn't want to much blood on my freshly made suit besides I'm on a tight schedule.

"there's some crazy clown looking dude who just electrocuted someone and has a hostage can you please send he- BANG!"

"hello is there anyone near Huntington Beach please report there is a armed and dangerous villian there so we need people on him until we can call up a hero anyone there"

"why are y-you d-doing this who are y-you"
"me? well I've had a couple names the ace of naves the Harley Quinn of hate the clowned prince of crime didn't you hear about that time in New York almost 15,000 people died laughing in Manhattan oh those Horrified faces were so satisfying hahahaha they should be lucky that I was stopped from getting the whole city cause of some hero with wind powers I was so disappointed in those rookie numbers!"

",ding ding ding you got it your prize is a slight possibility of living oh look there's the cops now!"
a team of 19 armor officers ran out but kept they're distance one of them pulling a megaphone.
"Isaac but your hands up and you can make it out alive"
"Isaac Isaac hmm no that name doesn't ring a bell I'm the Joker whoever that kid was is dead ok!"
He pressed the gun to the girls ear with a smile.
"alright Joker what do you want?"
"well I waaaas waiting on a boat ride but I wanted to kill time"
"so this is all a game to you!?"
"hahahaha now you get it but unfortunately non of you are like him when it comes to being a worthy sport!"
BANG!
The joker shot his gun as the pole went through the girls head a bit of brain matter on it as blood started dripping but he ripped it out and jumped away as the area he was standing went up In flames.
"gotta be quicker than that I felt the rising temperature but hey you get 10 points hahaha!"
officer Loid the one with the megaphone gritted his teeth.
"take him ou-"
Before he gave the order someone appeared leaving a streak of lightning.
"there's no need for that I see that arrived to late but I'll make sure he's dealt with"
"alright blue X then we'll be Here to back you up"
The joker grabbed his face doing a dramatic gasp.
"Oh no way I didn't think a speedster would show up looks like I'm cooked!"
blue X Blitzed forward to knock him out with a punch but the joker dropped before he could hit which startled him to a halt only for the clown to spring back up and uppercut him knocking him on his butt this made the Joker raise an eyebrow.
"what's the matter do you think I'm not worth taking seriously hahaha cause if so your about to have a very bad day!"
The Joker pulled out a crowbar about to smack him but Blue X blitzed behind him and was about to kick him in the back but he blocked it.
"oh I see how your power works I think I want that!"
His fingers snapped open as green gas spewed out around both of them Blue X started coughing until he started laughing he tried to activate his quirk but the effects of the mist caused his quirk to flicker in and out until he couldn't do anything but cackle on the ground in tears and agony until it started getting sucked back into his finger the police open fire but to their surprise the joker used Blue X's quirk to dodge.
"hahahaha I gotta thank the guy his quirk is useful I would kill you all but my ride is here bye bye!"
He jumped into the water as a sub rose from the waters as he fell down into the sub as the latch closed.
"damnit he got away this isn't going to be good back at the station"
"tsk I don't believe that man is just a threat to a City let's go"
