As soon as everyone was outside of the room, there was one thing that Rika Sato herself failed to tell them, and that was that it was going to be impossible to tell other people about what just happened tonight. If they will, their heads will literally explode. "Everyone! Listen up. From now on, we are a part of a group called the 'Red Moon Renegades.' You should never talk to anyone about it, about what happened tonight, about the monsters that we fought, about everything." She said. "Or what?" A confident voice of a young man replied to her afterwards.
"Or you will die on the spot." She said which sent a shockwave of fear to them. But the confident man just shrugged it off. "Nah. I am pretty sure that this is probably just some stupid game show and you guys are in on it with the producers." He said as he pulled out a phone and dialed someone. "What are you doing, idiot?" Mikoto asked him but his words just fell on deaf ears.
The man was now talking to someone on the phone. "I am on the way home now. You won't believe what just happened…" he said as he proceeded to utter out every single thing that went on through the night. Including what happened to him before being 'transported' into the room by Vicis and the Red Moon Reversal Program as well as the undead samurai that they had just fought.
He put down the phone and placed it back to his pocket. "See? Nothing happened, I do not see what all the fuss and commotion is all abo-" before he could finish what he was about to say, his head exploded, right there on the spot. The many individuals who survived the night screamed in horror.
"That is what will happen if you even try to tell anyone about this. You got that? This will happen every night. We will fight for our lives every single freaking night when the moon turns red. Do not worry, I will do my best to protect all of you, just make sure to keep your mouths shut if you wish to die." She said to them. Mikoto gulped down. "Very well, I think that it is decided for you to be our leader." He said.
"I could not agree more." Kuro added. The others were in agreement to that as well. "W-Wait, how did I become the leader? If anything, it should be you, Mikoto!" Rika said but Mikoto shook his head. "No. Even though I technically am the longest surviving member here, we both know the same things as of now, it does not matter, besides, we all saw how you fought. If it weren't for you rallying us up, it would have been a much harder fight." He said.
Rika Sato felt another instance of appreciation, something that she had been lacking for all this time. It was the appreciation from other people that she severely realized she needed. And it was all because of that borrowed life of hers, because of the Red Moon Reversal program, whether or not she should be happy for this, is going to be up to her and her secret identity.
