The next day, in the school canteen, Jono and Alvi were finishing their lunch packages. Alvi suffered several injuries to his body as a result of last night's incident at the auction building, and one of his front teeth was knocked out because of that incident.
"How did you lose your teeth?" Jono wondered aloud, jokingly.
"I fell while running," Alvi answered, a bit annoyed.
The two of them had survived the bloody events at the auction last night. They both broke out in a cold sweat after hearing about the many victims and were grateful to have survived.
"Jon, at the auction hall last night, there were two strong men guarding the exit in the passage leading to the outside of the building; are you like that too?" Alvi asked curiously.
"Yeah, the corridor where I headed out was also guarded," Jono answered casually.
The two of them talked about their experiences on that bloody night. Alvi was very enthusiastic about sharing his experience.
