As a wight zombie, Nate naturally can raise a dead creature into his subordinate and the system had made a few things clear to him one of them being that this ability only works for creatures still with a healthy brain.
Another thing the system has made clear to him was that this ability doesn't work on his fellow zombies.
However, Nate could only assume the reason for this was that all zombies must have their heads detached from their body or their entire body destroyed before being confirmed dead.
Nate had always wanted to know whether he could death control a zombie or not, but the problem has always been where to find a zombie dead zombie with its head still intact.
It was practically impossible to find one, but now, he was lucky to find one. One with its head still intact as well as its body.
[Death control activated]
[Error...!!!]
[The host is not yet able to death control a zombie]
'What does this imply? Why can't I death control this zombie, isn't it dead already and its brains are still intact?' Nate was clearly confused.
Honestly, he was expecting a positive result and not what the system was currently showing.
Miraculously, the system decided to answer Nate's question for once.
[The zombie is not dead, it only lost its mobility]
Getting this response, Nate was surprised. 'It's not dead, then why...wait, did that experiment truly work, but the zombie was just too weak to move, but a zombie that lost its stamina, I've never heard of such a thing,'
At this point, Nate knows that the best cause of action is to move on and not waste his time on this.
Just then, he could hear the sound of footsteps approaching and decided to place the tyrant zombie into his horde space.
[Error..!!! This zombie doesn't belong to your horde by any means]
The system rejected the zombie instantly. 'Really? Must you discriminate against those that are not in my horde?' Nate complained.
This wasn't the first time the system was doing this, majority of things Nate has, the system somehow has created a barrier against those who are not among Nate's horde.
Starting from his skills that could only be a privilege to his horde down to his master craft skill weapon that only his horde can wield. There is also the teleporter skill.
He wasn't that surprised that the system is doing the same thing now, the only reason Nate is enrage was because of the condition at hand. Right now, they are a bunch of people heading his bunk way. From their footsteps, Nate could tell they were more than just five and didn't seem friendly.
'Shit, I have to hide this thing!' Nate panicked. 'Should I have left it back at the laboratory, was it a bad idea for bringing it here,' not knowing what to do, Nate decided to make the first move.
Pulling the tyrant off the bed, Nate tried so hard to wear an expression that shows fear. "Ahhhh....!!! Monster!" he shouted and rushed out of the door to meet Goo, and some other men walking over to his room.
"Help me..!!! There is a monster inside my room!" he shouted and ran towards Goo.
Seeing this, the other men rushed in with their guns to only see the room in a devastating state.
Claw marks were all over the wall with one small wind at the side broken. Then, they could also see the unconscious tyrant on the floor.
As they were preparing to shoot, Goo quickly stepped in front of them. "Hold your fires!!" he shouted at the men.
They ended up not doing anything and followed General Goo's command. "Zak..! I need an explanation of what happened here," General Goo demanded.
Hearing this, Nate began to speak. "It was blood skinned... I mean the creature... It was carrying another of its kind on its back, I only ran off on seeing this, I don't know what happened next,"
Of course, all that Nate just said was completely made up to cover his act. If he does not provide a reasonable explanation fast, he will be the prime suspect. After all, how was he meant to explain what the tyrant's body was doing in his room?
After Nate explained, general goo nodded his head. Another thing Nate failed to notice was that somehow, he was able to overcome general goo power. Sweet mouth, this was what he called it.
"Keep searching, I doubt that other zombies can escape this base," Goo instructed those men that came with him.
He then went and pick up the tyrant zombie. Nate was marvelled by this. 'Is he not scared that the zombie might suddenly attack him or is he so..." Nate couldn't finish his thought when General Goo did something to the zombie that Nate never expected.
He pulled out a needle and plug it into the tyrant's head. Seeing this interrupted Nate's thoughts. 'What was that, was that needle meant to do something?' Nate wondered.
What made Nate suspect something was up is simply because General Goo when putting the needle was trying his best to cover his act from the others.
Regardless, Nate was able to see what General Goo did. Of course, Nate wanted to ask what the needle was meant to do but decided against that. 'If Goo was trying to cover what he is doing, that simply means that he does not want us to know about it. If he was to find out I saw his act, things might become troublesome for me,' Nate thought.
After General Goo was through with all he is doing, he stood up and started heading towards the door where he met Zak.
"There are now some plan changes, we won't be heading to the resisting base in three days, rather, we all heading there tomorrow," Goo said as he left Nate worried...
'Change plan? Tomorrow doesn't that mean...,'

[Level up]
'That means it's today, the military will be attacking my territory today... Shit...!'
'I have to act fast, I have to attack today also,' Nate thought and quickly rushed out and at the same time contacted his base to inform them what is about to happen.
'Just why will they be a change in plan!' Nate shouted within himself.
