When Sin spoke about collateral, none of his weapons crossed nate mind to be used for the collateral, especially, his gauntlet. The gauntlet has proven to be useful in a fight. Not just that it was stronger than the ice weapon, but it has more special power than the ice axe.
Regardless, Nate was not willing to lose any of the weapons, at least not yet until he founds a new one that could be replaced for it. But right now, Sin was demanding his gauntlet as collateral over the deal they were about to sign.
"My gauntlet? Why will you need my gauntlet as collateral ?" Nate asked using his right free hand to cover his left hand where he was wielding the gauntlet. It was as if he was protecting it from Sin's greedy gaze.
"What do you mean by why I asked for it? Because I think it's one important piece of equipment you have and wouldn't like to lose," Sin answered. "Wait, you think I will ask for that shape-changing ice weapon? I can read and sense energy and I can tell that the gauntlet is stronger than the axe although the two seem to be on the same level," Sin said.
Nate's face paled as he know Sin was right. Although the gauntlet and the ice axe were on the same level, the gauntlet was somehow stronger than the ice axe. Nate assumed the reason for this was because the gauntlet was an already existing weapon that was upgraded to a king level while the ice axe was a weapon that was purely made for the first time. Because of this, the gauntlet still has the elements and power of the previous beast crystal that was used in creating it...
The thing is that Nate never expected that someone else will be able to notice this in the gauntlet but Sin was able to do so.
"Are you taking it off now or there is no deal?" Sin said. Nate hesitates as he was lost in his thoughts. "I will give you time to think about it," Sin said to Nate as he closed his eye and started to concentrate on the injuries on his body.
After something of thinking, Nate finally made up his mind on what to do. 'Not like he will take it forever, once I return his territory to him, then get my gauntlet back,' nate thought and stand up. He walked directly towards Sin.
The other three were now busy training not minding the outcome of nate deal with Sin. On reaching where Sin was laying before, however now, Sin was now sitting crossed leg and as soon as Nate approached, his eyes opened glowing red.
Nate quickly summoned his two weapons ready to counterattack with Sin but nothing came at all.
"Common, I'm still weak to start up a fight with you again," Sin said before getting up and stretching his back and bone.
Crack! Crack!
Nate could hear the cracking sound of Sin's bones while he stretch his bone. Sin's gaze now landed on Nate again. "Have you made up your mind?" Sin asked.
"I will be giving this to you only on one condition, you will never use it on me or hurt someone close to me except your life is in danger," Nate demanded and pulled out the glove from his hand.
"Don't make it seem like you are commanding me," Sin snatches the glove from Nate's hand. "I agree on that, now let's feel this energy in you," Sin put the gauntlet on his left arm expecting to feel something but nothing happened.
"Did you give me some type of fake glove in replacement for the real one?" Sin asked angrily as he couldn't feel a single boost in his strength or body.
"I'm sure you can still feel the energy flowing in the gauntlet but you can't take it right?" Nate replied. Meanwhile, in his mind he was amazed. 'So this is what the system meant when it stated that only I and my horde members can use a weapon made from the master craft?' nate wondered.
Meanwhile, Sin wasn't sure about what Nate just told him. Indeed, he could still sense the energy in the gauntlet, they haven't changed for one bit but he still could not access it. "You know this will happen or maybe you set it to happen this way, change it now!" Sin demanded angrily.
Nate casually walked closer to him. "There is one thing I didn't mention to you, I can make weapons also and any weapons created by me could only be used by me and my zombie pet on else you are somehow boned of me, you can't make use of it, I think that's what is happening now since you are not bonded with me, you can't use it," Nate explained.
Sin looked over at Max and Zuni who were playing with a supernatural sword. "They have already formed a bond with me, do you want to do that also?" Nate stretches out his hand.
"What will happen if I do this, will I lose control of myself ?" Sin asked still cautious about anything that has to do with bond after encountering the matrix.
"Do they look like someone being controlled? I understand why you feel this way but whether you will still have free will or not depends on the type of bond we form. I have a force bond and friendly bond," Nate intentionally changed the initiator into a bond.
"Force bond is the bond I can form by force just like its name sounds. I have to either defeat the target I won't force bond or do it at its most vulnerable moment which is while the target is either sleeping or sick. When force bond, I can easily command you to do things just like the matrix will do," Nate explained.
"As for a friendly bond, it is a bond I form either with the agreement of a deal or by friendly relationship. Unlike the force bond, if with a strong will, you will not be a loyal dog to me though, but the bond can put feeling restrictions when one was about to break the bone," Nate explained further. Of course, he didn't dare to mention the atomic mark else, Sin might give up the idea of being initiated.
Meanwhile, Sin was thinking about what Nate just explained to him. 'Since we both are about to make a deal, maybe this bond will be bad,' with that thought in mind, Nate was surprised to hear a positive response from Sin without the other putting up a wise man's discussion.
"Let's form this bond," Sin answered and Nate placed his hand on his shoulder.
[Initiator activated]
With that, the time countdown started and soon, Sin was now an official member of Nate's horde. 'This is good, I'm going to add more strong people into my horde. Sin is really a good person to start with. With him being a mysterious being, half-blood to be precise, I'm sure he has more room for growth in the future,' Nate smiled inwardly.
Meanwhile, Sin was already feeling the power from the gauntlet and he had a wide smile on his face.

'Ohhh...really...can now get the answers to my question,' Nate thought happily as he was getting ready to call the others to leave, it was at this moment a bright light glowed out of nowhere in the cave. The light was stronger than the ice crystals that were glowing and when the light settled, Leo was standing before nate and Sin.
'It seems like you are prepared to know a few things about the world around us,' Leo said directly into nates mind.
