Chapter 66 - Death

Thankfully, no one ate grass, although some were tempted to more than the others. When put to scale with what they experienced so far, most of the team wouldn't mind eating grass right now. It would be easier to handle than torture, and the sour taste would perhaps spike their adrenaline too, which was something that they hadn't experienced for a few days either. 

With those things considered, the whole team thought about grass only through their ten-kilometed walk. It was not that they had anything else to do, as the flat-lands they reached were just too relaxing. 

Nothing could distract them around here, and the countless crickets which banged their legs across the grass, released a song that was only more relaxing. What broke the team's concentration occasionally, were the ocean waves which splashed close by.
