'Just what the hell was that thing?' Leon thought as he walked back to his predesignated position at the very front of the entire column. 'Holy domain, holy weapon, the blessing of the holy maiden... No matter how you want to put it, it appears to be holy magic!'
Holy magic wasn't something that was strictly connected to religion. It was simply a classification for one of the three schools of magic.
Leon took a deep breath and leaned his head to the back. He then slowly sighed out all the air, closing his eyes while working to reestablish his mana sense.
'It's no use,' he quickly realized, hastening his steps. 'The mana in this area is too messy to use this ability,' he took note, closing his eyes.
Leon's legs stopped moving as he battled with his thoughts for a second. For but an instant, worry flashed on his expression, only for his facial muscles to relax and return his expression back to its natural, blank state.
