Emperor Telosi, also called the Great Artist by followers of the Seventh Art, belongs to the foremost family of the Seventh Art Federation; half of the federation's consecutive chairpersons have been from his family. He has the imperial tool "Heart of Zero" and has passed two S-level missions.
