Ravitan is the local ruler who along with Hausen, dominates the Judgment Anthem. Ning Long is a Dragoness; nobody in their right mind would mess with the Dragon Tribe. As for Defatandis, that lad is a freak! Coming from afar from the Seventh Art, he managed to reach level 69 warrant officer within a little over a year, a horrifying feat. Unlike the arrogance and domineering of others, his character and reputation are top-notch. Everyone believes once Hausen leaves the Judgement Anthem, Defatandis will become the new leader.
As for Cthulhu, this prodigy is definitely a sign of trouble brewing. He seems to have ambitions as vast as a river.
