"Pretty please..." I tried to beg almost going on my knees but knees but I just couldn't. Tonight my idol Ivy Romero will be having a huge concert and my friend's got tickets so they invited me. I've been thinking of how to beg my parents and this is my only chance.
"Honey, you know we care about your safety a lot and your friends aren't... Uh... They aren't trustworthy. " Mom said making me feel mad and insulted. Is she trying to say I can't make better friend's? Well who cares anyways.
"This isn't about them mom. You know how much I adore Ivy. Just let me go" I continued begging and dad finally spoke. "Teagan, just let it be. You're not going and that's final." dad grabbed his suit and left the mansion
"Sorry honey." Mom kissed my forehead and left too. I watched as they both got into the car and Dad drove away. I ran to my room and fell on the bed.
They never let me do anything fun, they always criticize me, Teagan you need to learn about Law. Teagan you need better friends. I'm just tried of everything!
Mom and Dad are doctors and they built their own hospital, for some reasons they really want me to be a lawyer. They always tell me to top the class and I come home every term with a D. It's not like I'm not smart enough to get an A+ I just proposly wanna upset them. The worst part of it is that they hate my friends so much.
Max, Henry and Ryan are my friends. I've always tried to make friends with girls at school but they all call me weird especially my worst enemy McKenzie Daniels. Max, Henry and Ryan were the only ones who were nice to me and we all had a lot in common. They liked Ivy Romero too but not as much as I did. I wanna be a popstar just like Ivy and not a dum lawyer.
My phone rang and I looked at the caller ID and it was Henry so I answered the call. "What?" I asked with annoyance
"Why are you mad?" He asked "My stupid... I mean... My parents said I can't go to the concert" I said but this time in a calm voice
"Well, you can spend your time reading the book big book of Law" He gave a short laughter but it wasn't funny at all. "So if you're gonna keep making fun of me I'm just gonna hung up cause you're not helping my situation" I said almost about to hung up but he stopped me
"Wait, I'm sorry. Just get ready by 10:00" he hung up. 10:00? I wonder what he's up to.
When I got hungry, I went to my parents room and brought out a bottle of wine. I'm sure they won't mind. I took it to the living room and told my maids to order pizza. When it arrived, I sat on her couch and started watching my favorite Hollywood movies when eating pizza and slurping the wine. Soon, I got tired and started sleeping but I got woken up after several hours by the maid.
"Ma'am, your phone has been ringing non-stop" she said and I stared at my phone lying on the table next to me Mom was calling so I answered.
"Teagan, we'll be coming home late okay? Don't wait up. Goodnight" she hung up Goodnight? It's still afternoon. I started at the wall clock and it was freaking 9:00pm!
I quickly took a bath and wore a blue tight jeans, white crop top, a pink and blue long sequence jacket with a white sneaker. I spent 15 minutes styling my hair and 30 minutes doing make-up. I saw a text from Henry "Open your window" I opened my window and looked down Henry was climbing my ladder to get in but t he stopped half way and stared at me. I noticed he looked really cute
"Are you ready?" He asked and I nodded before climbing down too. We both got into his car and he drove to JIX hall where concerts takes place.
We showed our tickets to a huge man standing at the back entrance and he let us in. Everywhere was full with people chanting 'IVY!! IVY!! IVY!!' we managed to find Max and Ryan and we all joined in chanting until Ivy Romero came on stage. 'IVY' was written boldly on her jacket. Her dancers were beside her and someone tossed her a mic. She was dressed in a leather pink crazy pants with a pink crop top and pink long spiky jacket together with a pink ankle boot.
OMG!! This is a dream come true. She is so perfect. She started singing while I lip synced to her lyrics. At the end of the show, the time was 12:00 and I wasn't feeling sleepy at all.
"Did you enjoy yourself?" Ryan asked crossing his arm as they all stared at me
"Of course I did but now I have to go home" I turned to leave
"Wait!" I heard Max voice and I turned "What?" I asked
"Ivy is giving out signed posters to all her fans. Don't you want one?" Max asked and my eyes widen as I went in cloud nine. Squeee!!!
"Of course I want one" I said and we went to a place where everyone was lined up. But the line was too long. Luckily Henry was able to bribe one of the fans to let me stay in the front line. When I went to Ivy, I just couldn't get my eyes off her but she was busy signing posters then she gave it to me.
"OMG thank you so much Ivy. I'm your biggest fan. I know all your songs and dance moves" I said but she wasn't paying attention so I left happily. I quickly went home in fear and happiness. I went into my room from the window and switched the light on. I gasped by the sight of angry MOM sitting on my bed.
''M...Mom?" I stammered as my heart was pounding.
"Teagan, you still went to that concert after I told you not to" Mom said angrily
"I'm sorry mom but I'm fine. I didn't get hurt" I said and mom's eyes went to the poster I was holding. She stood up and dragged it from my hands then she stared at it.
"Mom, I'm really sorry" o said but instead of replying, she ripped my poster into various pieces and dropped it on the floor. My eyes widen as hot tears dropped from it.
"And you're grounded" she lefty room and slammed the door. I bent down and picked up all the pieces of paper while crying and threw it outside my window then I laid on my bed....
