Chapter 40 - Chapter 40: Gabriella

A petulant, wretched, cadaverous visage, such a figure refracted listlessly before the heterochromatic youth, illustrated upon a canvas of achromatic, lucent wax. A winsome face anteriorly tundral appeared pallid, as though paradoxically destitute of blood, for fragmentary pools of sanguine slovenly coagulated atop the youth's every feature, divergent, divorced in myriad manners, vestige hand of claret obsessively imprisoned Eros's cheek, languidly dripping with a matriarchal residual carnality.

Shrunken eyes inattentively quivered, amaranthine in their stagnant phobia, lashes wet with a pestiferous ferrous plight, absent, divorced from the reality afore the boy, a quaking hand instinctually rose, tempestuous, apprehensive in its every motion, placed poignantly upon twain aphrodisiacal mounds, 'She stole my first kiss,' Eros vacuously drolled, his mind nugatory, bereft of sovereign order. Cloth of abandoned, perverted maroon appeared rancorous, acrimonious in its spite, bed to nought but tandem miscreant cruor, burdened by such cardinal plague.

'Ah~ I still don't know where I am,' The nauseating adolescent listlessly groaned, Gemini palms embracing the fractious rubicund drape, amputating it from the boy's bedevilled body, the shirt of pure alabaster lay sodden, pigmented, blighted by not blood, but anterior nightmarish perspiration, 'I can't walk around looking like this,' Eros innately continued, his anaemic hand wet with reprehensible saliva, calamitous, ruinous in its scourge of his desiccated woe.

An augury presage choir prophetically sang, its voice dissonant, inharmonious and moronic, progeny to nought but the tempestuous boy's eternal encroachment, myriad pugnacious blows rapt upon the multitudinous portraits that marred the youth's venture, birthed by a sky of eerily clarion, crystal onyx, worrisome did Eros appear, his visage unceasingly deranged, manic, neurotically haunted by the scene before him, a passage anteriorly occupied by the apostle of Alcides now destitute of life.

Opaque, umbrageous drops languidly fell, their shade stygian, adumbral, immune to the waxen effulgence of the melancholic moon, their visages spasmodically bespattering the blanched domain, pooling obtusely atop the land Eros tread, 'Blood,' The boy absentmindedly stammered, variegated irises deathless atop but an exclusive locale, the source of such blood-curdling anarchic bedlam, for a silhouette loomed, ghostly, nascently delineated upon a wall of alabaster hue, a prodigious ataraxic shadow, emboldened by skeleton of blood, the vestigial form of Hylas. His figure daunting, tyrannical, with arm remorselessly raised, conjoined by the ruinous fractured appendage of a squirming girl.

'Where did they go? Is he with the council, just like Sarah, Mánagarmr and Háðung?' Eros diffidently stammered, heterochromatic eyes deliriously surveying the ensanguined crimson land before him, only to imminently freeze, for sight hauntingly wistful impregnated his mind, the distant countenance of twain doors, one born of gothic origin, while the latter appeared russet, a burnished bastion omnipotently exempt from perverted oxidisation, 'Huh…why, was he here?' The adolescent detestably drolled, his mind enamoured by notions of remnant dread. Cacophonous steps emanated from the boy's form, his visage lurching into a bout of spasmodic, consternate detestation, his ears eternally quiescence, deathless, hounded by nought but the discordant, strident wail of his heart.

Anameic hands tumultuously raped the plane of burnished russet, poisoned by a motion of disquieted cadaverous trepidity, its enslaving vainglorious throe reticent atop the boy's pertinacious ears, its Leviathan figure ominously hyperborean, a nugatory of lambent ardour. Darkness besieged the incarcerated Eros's eyes, exiguously mutilated by multitudinous fulgurating conflagrations, a sight immemorial to the crimson-haired girl's realm.

The domain appeared unchanged, with bedding upheaved, yet to be renewed, and bath amaranthine in its redolent, ambrosial pulchritude, its mellifluous, sirenic tune lascivious upon the boy's mind, yet Eros cared nought for such euphonious Virgillian theatre, for heterochromatic eyes apprehended not the impassioned reverent Fiamma. 'She's not here again,' Eros apathetically assessed, his visage nescient, cretinous to the world around him, for stimuli abhorred, execrable embraced arm of anaemic flesh.

Warm. A heat apposite of zoetic vitality, tepid, controlled by nought but irradiate prison of flesh, its grasp stalwart atop the boy's languid appendage, with skin diaphanous, yet preternaturally callous, instinctually did Eros's figure digress, eyes divorced from his antecedent hearth forced upon assailant apocryphal.

Halcyon.

Silken threads of resplendent gold, sloven and untidy, sodden with myriad jewels of perspiration, transgressed atop the girl's unveiled shoulders, for her figure appeared departed of garments reasonable, adorned by nought but bra of pestilential, toxicant mephitic forest, exposing immeasurable toned muscles in its abhorred wake. Listless virulent emerald eyes of antecedent apathy zealously reflected the teen's palpitating visage.

"Eros. Where have you been?" The girl apathetically queried, cheeks plagued by a blight of effulgent radiant garnet. Her skin inundated by a constitution of vaporous, impassioned craft.

'Gabriella,' Eros inwardly respired, his antecedently seized heart retrogressing to its prior euphonious state of rhythmic harmony, his petulantly saturated visage overcome by an eerie chill for zephyr of uncelebrated progenitor repugnantly marred skin of precedent snow. "I was being questioned by the council," Eros veraciously beamed, "They wanted to hear my recount of Fiamma's venture, our journey in the dungeon. I didn't mean to leave without warning," The heterochromatic boy continuously elucidated, his left eye scintillating with the light of amaranthine unseen pink.

"After all, I was looking forward to our spar." The winsome boy further drolled, his every word, every utterance aphrodisiacal upon Gabriella's anticipative desirous figure, affirming reverent beliefs evermore unsaid, "Hey…Gabriella? Would you please fight me?" The boy wistfully challenged, cheeks burgeoning with an apocryphal cambion heat.

Words innocuous, but a mere challenge, the antagonist of a saga ostentatious, yet, they proved august, celestial amid the heart of the virulent girl, Eros's variegated figure the singular amaranthine sovereign to such apathetic realm.

"Mmm," The girl meekly nodded, her mind exclusively lorded by opaque oracular ideas, antecedently foreign to the hateful beauty, a diffident palm calloused by multitudinous days of training, demurely embellishing the chasmic wound of the gothic construct afore her. "C-come in," Gabriella bashfully stuttered.
