As the night continued, the army remained in a state of unrest. No thanks in large part due to the giant cocoon of magic that swallowed the combatants and was frozen in time. Something about that seemed to make people anxious for some reason… That anxiousness continued for quite some time until suddenly at nearly four in the morning, the dome of magic suddenly burst back to life as time caught back up to it.
The sight was absurd and overwhelming. Instead of blinking from the frozen time to the current time, it instead sped from the point it was frozen to the present. All sounds and movement that occurred during the multi hour long battle all suddenly rushed forward at once. The cyclone of flames spun at absurd speeds and the sounds of conflict occurred so rapidly that the surroundings were completely overwhelmed by the burst of noise.
