Music from a collection of oddly designed string instruments echoed through the banquet hall as the chittering of the ar'ca'nea continued unabated, despite how long the event had gone on. Taking her time to look over the room, Dahlia figured that the spider-folk were far more extroverted than she ever was and she was beginning to think that the party would continue through the day and well into the late hours of the night. Frankly though, she wasn't the only one that looked like they were wanting a change of pace.
Bessie had gone from being a dopey and happy drunk, to now leaning against a *very* disgruntled Sabrina and snoring noisily; Dahlia even thought she saw a bit of drool on her mother's shoulder and had to use every bit of willpower she had to not burst out in laughter. To make matters even more amusing, Avery had long since curled up and fallen asleep as well, directly onto her mother's lap.
