"When did you start poking your nose in someone else business,huh!!". Aurelia snapped.
Aurora shrugs."Do join me for tea at the garden".Without waiting for her reply,she walked away.
"Excuse me,Hiro".And Aurelia exit herself.
As soon as she was gone,Hiro's comrades came running to him.
"What did she come here for?Why did she meet you?Do you like her?Does she like you???".A lot of questions from different direction was asked yet there was no reply cause him too didn't know the answer to it and wanted to ask her too.
Aurelia and Aurora sat in the garden with a cup of tea in their hands with Delia standing behind Aurora.
"Has she being causing you trouble?".Aurelia started.
Aurora chuckles and sip from her teacup."Not anymore but if she dares she will answer to me,right Delia??".She looked up at her to see her nod.
"Good.Servants are meant to be-".
"DIMITRIX!!".Aurora scream in happiness,interrupting Aurelia."Dimitrix".
Excitement was written all over her face,she got up so hastily and rush to where Dimitrix was riding with his horse.
She watched as he drew the halter of the horse and in an instant the horse halts.
He dismounts from his horse and helped Eleanor to get down.
"Dimitrix!Am so glad you're back".Dimitrix nods in responses. "What happened to her?".She asked,not feeling a bit concern for the girl in her body....all she wished was for her to have died back there.
"Take him to the stable".He ordered a servant before he looked at Aurora but it didn't last longer before he shifted his gaze to Eleanor.
"She was attacked and was almost killed but she's stronger than she looks".A soft smile appeared on his lips as he gave her a stroke on the head.
Anger and jealously pierced Aurora's heart like a sword.
Back then and now Dimitrix had never treated her with such gentle way.
"I told you she isn't fit for this,no wonder you took a while".Aurelia said while making her way to where Aurora stood."You are Lord and Emperor Dimitrix who does his mission in a haste but you delayed because of this so called Princess!!".She spat with disdain and irritation in her husky voice.
"I apologize".Eleanor spoke in a raspy voice due to she was weak. She was about to bow to show how sorry she was,instead she was picked up and was lowered into Dimitrix's arms ignoring the ladies who was left nonplussed.
"Call for a doctor".He instructs Aurelia. "And I don't take lecture from someone below me!".He retort before walking away.
Aurora throat went tight with anger hatred and envy stinging like pepper.
And she storm off.
Meanwhile, Delia face remained expressionless but deep down she was gravely hurt by his soft gesture towards Eleanor.
Eleanor kept her eyes on Dimitrix the entire time he carried her to his chamber paying no attention to the servants who looked shocked.
Yet her eyes never left his handsome face.
The door opens and close and he gently lowered Eleanor on his bed and went on his knees.
Taken back by his sudden action she reached for him to stand instead he wiped her hand away.
"Someone like you shouldn't kneel before someone like me-".
"And what are you?".The question rang in her head as she couldn't come up with an answer.
'What was she really?Someone that does not belong in any world or someone who isn't meant to love someone from another world?What was she really?'.
"Someone .not. meant.to .lower yourself. to".She half whisper while biting her lower lip.
"Nonsense!".She heard him say."You are more than just a Princess-".
"I want to rest,Sir".
Dimitrix sigh deeply seeing her slouch expression.
And she stood up but Dimitrix pushed her down,so she was sitting and he started to unbuckle her boot.
"Let's get you a Physician first,hm??".
Without waiting for her response he strode to the door but suddenly froze when he felt her hand tugged him on his sleeves that made him turn back with his brows raised high.
"I don't want one-".
"Then sleep in my room for today hih?its not comfortable in your quarter".He said,desperately wanting to watch her under his watchful eyes.
"You were the one that sent me there,Sir.Dimitrix".
He was shutted up by her honest reply."Ow".He could only utter and watched her drag her feet with her head hanging low as she exit his room.
Once Eleanor shut the door behind her,she broke into a sob.
'The real question was what do she really want?She so desperately wanted to go to her world,a world she felt out of place and for once in her pitiful life she felt needed in this Ancient world,all her loneliness was filled once Dimitrix entered her life and now she don't want to leave his side but she had to'.
"What should I do?".She fell to the floor and buried her face between her legs,sobbing.
Eleanor walked into the servant quarter as the maids threw her dirty glares.
Heading to the corner where her mattress lies she heard them whisper.
"Have never seen such slut my entire life...She has no shame letting the Lord carry her.....Maybe she's a witch and has bewitched the emperor".They commented.
"An evil witch".Lilac lastly spoke as Eleanor stop before her.
"What did you say???".She asked as her nose flared up with fury.
"What?What are you going to do?".Hazel scowl,poking her shoulder.
"Hey!don't forget your place here,Princess Eleanor!".Maria cynically teased as everyone laughed.
"I thought others are worse whore but you,tsk!You're way worse than a whore.How should I say it".Vik said,stroking her chin."You're the queen leader of all the whore.My queen".And she gave her a mockery bow as the girls in the room giggle and kept chattering.
Ignoring the rest of them,
Eleanor focus her gaze on Lilac."I asked again what did you call me,Lilac!".
"An evil Witch!That's what you are,you whore.Now scram!!".Lilac scowl at her.
She turned her back at her and swing her hair hitting Eleanor at the face.
With all the frustration built in her,Eleanor yanked her by the hair as Lilac scream in pain and before Lilac friends could stop her Eleanor turned her back and landed a powerful slap across her face that made her spit out warm blood.
Delia who was about to go into the quarter stopped on seeing the commotion that was happening.
She was about leaving convincing herself it serves Eleanor right if she gets beaten but when she saw the girls about to beat up Eleanor after beating up their friend,she found herself coming for her aid but someone beats her to it and it was none other than Emperor Dimitrix and it broke her heart into pieces.
"WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING HERE!!".They all heard Dimitrix say and their bodies went rigidify with fear.
His gaze shifted to Eleanor
searching for any scratch when none was found,he sigh in relieve.
"What happened here???".He questioned.
"I...I....if I may speak,my Lord".Lilac stammer in fright.
He nods his head granting her permission to speak."I was hurt by Eleanor,s..she slapped me,she attacked me first everyone witnessed it".
Dimitrix eyes swept Eleanor's face."Is that true,Eleanor".
"She and her friends attacked me verbally".She deadpanned."I gave her what she deserved".Meeting his gaze she added."And I don't regret it and I won't apologize".
The girls gasp in shock on hearing how she informally spoke to their Lord.
Murmur and chattering echo through the room.
Expecting him to declare a punishment instead they witness something they hardly see....
A warm smile plaster across his thin kissable lips.
"You did well".And he pat her head earning a smile from her and at process shocking others."Nora".
Nora who stood by the door straighten herself and looked at Dimitrix."Yes,my Lord".
"Punish the fours girls equally.This isn't the first time they insulted Eleanor and i over looked it but not today.And if anyone dear to insult my maid then be prepared to be punished!!".
His intimidating and domineering aura made them shriek in fear unable to reply.
"Eleanor....Come along I have something to show you".And he dragged her out of the room,brushing past Delia.
Delia face hardened with jealousy as her hand tightened on the hem of her dress.
'Why does it has to be her Dimitrix?'.
She wondered as tears threatens to come out.
