I was tired of being jobless, I needed to get one quickly. Laurie was yet to give me a feedback from her boss.
I considered going to sing at bars in the meantime, but each time I wanted to I got discouraged.
My phone rang and it got me off my deep thoughts. It was Vale.
"Hey Vale"
"Arya... I got good news for you"
"Really"
"Yes meet me at Fishie pub by 2 pm tomorrow"
"I can't wait for that long. just tell me already"
"Okay. My friend called to give me a feedback today and guess what?"
"What?"
"You got the job"
"Yaaaay!!!" I shouted in excitement
"I'll take you there tomorrow"
"Thank you, I'll see you tomorrow then. Take care"
I was so excited, I'm done with staying home. I couldn't wait for Laurie and Jean to come home so I'll share the good news with them.
I was waiting on them I didn't even know when I slept off.
