After hanging around for a while in the hall she decides to walk into another room where soft music was being played and couples were dancing lost in each other’s eyes. It felt like another realm watching couples in love, secluded from their surroundings- she felt her chest tighten a bit at sight as she let out a soft sigh. She pushes the thoughts of a certain blue eyed person in the back of her mind.
Someone walks beside her and when she turns to look who it was, Midnight finds him staring at her. “Can I help you with something?”
“You sure can. You’re Midnight Hazelwood aren’t you?” He asks and Midnight feels that he sounds a bit familiar. “Umm yes, the mask isn’t really helping is it?”
He chuckles, “Not really but a celebrity seems to stand out effortlessly anyways. It’s a part of their charm, I guess.”
Midnight smiles in return too, “You’re not wrong.”
“Do you think maybe we can take this conversation to the dance floor?”
