After reading the whole letter, they had a content smile on their lips, they hugged each other and Saeng was teary too, she knocks on the door this time, and her dad opens the door, they were surprised to see her and see her crying.
She then came in and, they were looking at her with happy expressions, she just then extended her hand and gave them the bag, they took it and looked inside the bag, there is a rabbit plush and some photos and two sweaters, and some gifts, they looked at her again.

Si-U arrived at the cabin and then he remembers that it was this place, where they both saw each other for the first time. He is missing Saeng a lot. He freshens up and asks the guide, " Whether someone named Mi-Ok came here", the guide denied it.
He then knew it was some prank, and he thought of calling his sister, but then the guide informs him, " Someone has planned this out for you and that person also appointed a guide for your tour, one of our best guides".
He agreed uninterestedly, then he dressed up and packed his backpack and reached where the guide told him to wait, then a female guide came, her walk looked familiar, but he couldn't see her face as she is wearing a cap, black spectacles and mask too, he thought maybe she is like that.
She then welcomes him and her voice sounded similar to Saeng, which was strange, then she leads him through the Upo Marshland and guides him, introduces him to beautiful places, and plant species, and then introduces some animal species, to which he acts different from before, more in a better and soft way, which made her giggle.
She then teases him by saying," Earlier you were not so fan of animals, now you seem to have started understanding them", Si-U is confused and suspicious as to how she knew this fact about him.
She tells him, " I have observed you in your visit times ", he felt that she might be trying to come close to him, but he won't allow it.

Saeng laughs and says," Liar, I know that you are single, but I also know that you like that girl, who is our frequent visitor, but she might be not interested in love as she is not a fan of these things ".
He becomes angry and annoyed and says, " You don't know anything about her, so you have no right to say anything about her. You are wrong about one thing, I don't like her", which made Saeng upset.

He says," In this letter, she asked me whether I am still the same as before ?", then she said that " Answer the question when she comes to him".
He suddenly grabs her hand and pulls her closer, Saeng felt her heartbeat faster, and she felt her emotions rushing inside her.
Still, she stays firm and asks him, " Right now, You were warning me to stay away and now you are cheating on your lover".
He looks at her playfully and says, " You said I am single. And I wanted to say something to you", he leaned closer and whispers in her ears," I am still the same as before but more mischievous than before but mature and has happened to taken liking to animals.

She says, " I just wanted to surprise you, after all, you deserved it after all your efforts for me. You look handsome today".
Si-U blushed at her sudden compliment, he then compliments her, " You are looking more beautiful and adorable".
Then they sat near the lake together and conversed for a long time until the night sky was filled with stars, then they decided to return to the cabin, they both stood up and Si-U starts to walk alone, but Saeng grabbed her arm and held his hands, which made him happy.
She told him that she wanted to ask something important and he nodded, then she asks," Would this Mari-am boy would love to spend his forever with her Mari-am?".
Si-U asks, " What is Mariam?", then she explained that this story started with one Mari-am and will be continued with a lot of Mari-ams.
Mari-am is the integration of two words intertwined, one Mari, which means an animal (in Korean), and 'am', which is part of the saram (which means human in Korean)word, and both integrated means 'animal-human'.
Si-U understood then, he then pretends to think a lot and teases her, then grabs her closer and kisses her forehead, and said, " Forever yes", looking into her eyes and also says, " My Mariam, my Mariam".
Saeng kisses him suddenly, and his eyes widen in shock, then after a few seconds, he closed his eyes too and kissed her back and held her close.
They ended one chapter and started a new life with a sweet kiss. Then after kissing, they held their hands together and said Mariam to each other like a coded message for saying I love you.
Then they walked slowly back to their cabin.
