Liana looked down at his sleeping face, a visible beard and his hair longer now. She smiled as her fingers moved through it , long and silky.
"Your hair is more beautiful than mine " she muttered kissing his forehead.
When they got home her driver and guard helped carry him inside the house.
She laid him in bed ,closed the door and went to her study.
It was an hour later when she heard his voice, he was calling her name. She stood up rushing out to find him coming down the stairs still half drunk.
"Xavier " she called running to him.
He stopped looking down at her.
"Am dreaming?" he asked
"No but you seem half asleep to me " she helped him down the stairs to the couch.
She poured him a glass of water and when she turned to pass it to him, Liana met with a questioning gaze.
He was staring at her in silence.
"Something on my face?" she asked.
"You look the same " he muttered.
She chuckled,"was I supposed to change ?"
"I thought you did ...you pushed me away so I thought your love ,your feelings had changed" he muttered.
"What are you saying ?"she passed the glass of water to him but he instead grabbed her hand.
"Can I kiss you ,Liana?" he asked.
She tried to move from his grasp but failed finally meeting his eyes again.
"I think your still drunk,let go " she said, " You keep saying nonsense " she let out..
He frowned yanking her to him.
The glass fell right out of her hand shattering into pieces , she landed in his arms ,his grip tightening around her waist.
"Nothing I say about you is nonsense ....your beauty , alluring lips . I want to " he was bending down to her but she turned away .
He breathed.
"Did I do something wrong to make you act this way ,Liana? " he asked.
"Let me go " said Liana.
"But...".
"Let me go " this time more firmly . Slowly his hands released her .
She stood up moving back to creat enough space between them but flinched back in pain.
Her right foot came into contact with the broken glass on the floor.
He was up and beside her in a second. Gently he placed her back in the seat ,and looked down at her injury.
"Don't move " he said to her.
He disappeared upstairs and returned with the aid kit and towels. Gently he pulled out the broken piece and poured some disinfectant then cleaned it .
She was silent watching him treat her , he was gentle with every movement so soft like he was handling something fragile.
"You never did anything wrong ,Xavier. It's just me "she said.
He movement slowed his eyes peeking up at her.
After he was done he cleaned up the pieces then got back sitting next to her .
"Liana..."he called ,his voice filled with longing and pain, "I miss you".
She gazed back at him and he went on.
"I thought I would give you all the time you needed but with time I discovered it was impossible . And now that I have laid eyes on you again all my kept down have emotions are pouring out , burning my insides ,filling my body with nothing but pain and yearning for you "
He sighed .
"But all I see now is that you still need that space. But I miss you so much it's driving crazy " he cried.
She bit her lip .
"You know how much I love you ...so please don't keep me suffering like this " he cried.
She shifted resting her head on his shoulder, Xavier turned the moment her body leaned on him, moving back to him spreading his arms to embrace her .
Liana hugged him.
"Am sorry my love ...am sorry for hurting you " she cried.
Her warm figures wiped his tears , his heavy gaze helds hers as his lips inched closer and closer to hers. She didn't resist or look away letting him kiss her.
She melted in his arms as he kissed her , the warmth of his lips the wetness of his tongue as there lips opened up to eachother .
He shifted pinning her down .
She clung to him as his lips moved down to her neck then back to her lips.
"More ...I need more " she breathed.
He pulled away and gazed down at her blushed face.
Her eyes where half open ,her lips partly apart ,her hair was spread around her .
"Your breathtaking my love " he breathed.
She felt him pick her up and move, then a sound of the door opening .
Gently he placed her down on the bed and without delay met her lips again.
When she opened her eyes again, she was naked with Xavier ripping off his shirt.
She sat up helping him with his pants, he smirked kissing her again.
She moaned when his fingers went down between her thighs.
"Has it been that long..your so tight" he whispered in her ear before nipping on it.
"It's your fault for taking this long to come to me " she moaned .
