The guard lowered his head when Xavier walked up to him.
"What did I say the last time I was here?" he asked.
"Never to let the princess come here" he answered.
"And what did you do?"
"I let her in"
"Kneel," said Xavier. The guard knelt handling his dagger.
Xavier without flinching took it and raised it ready to strike. But Liana's voice was heard., "Stop," she said.
He turned to see her on the other side of the gates with the valse around her. Her eyes were glowing with her head bearing visible horns.
He froze gazing at her.
She was dressed in white and pink attire holding tightly at her waist with her chest pumped up to show her big breasts. Her lengthy red hair was down with her lips painted in deep red.
It was her but not the Liana he knew, something was different about her.
"Liana" he called.
She blinked watching him throw away the sword and walk up to her.
"Are you okay?" he asked.
"Am fine, but what were you going to do to Alfred?" she asked pushing his hands away from her.
"Punishing him for disobeying my orders"his eyes moved to the two short horns on her head.
"But he did nothing wrong it was my fault for coming here not his," she said.
"I told you never to return here," he said holding her hand. It was cold and her eyes glowed even more.
"I wanted to come so it's my fault, not theirs and you have been so busy to spend time with me, I had to do something," she said.
"Liana" he called, "Am sorry, but let's first get out of here. The vitality from this place is corrupting you" his hand slid into hers trying to warm her.
She was looking at him but didn't react. His eyes turned to the valse who moved back lowering their heads down to avoid his glare.
"What did you do to her?" he asked.
"We did nothing, your highness," they said.
Xavier glared "If I don't get a satisfactory answer am going to kill you all"
"We both know you can't do that, your highness, it's a big crime to kill one of us" the mother Valse let out.
Xavier scoffed his eyes moving to the little vasle, "Do you want to test me?" he asked.
Liana pulled him back, "Stop threatening everyone, they all were worried about me that's why they let me spend time here. It was the only place I felt familiar with in the palace"
Xavier sighed touching her pale face, "There is a reason I told you not to return, love. Your body can absorb the cold dark energy here which in turn affect you" his eyes moved to her still-growing white horns. Noticing him glance at her head, Liana moved.
Liana frowned when her hand reached for something on her head she gasped, "What is this on my head"
The worrying look on Xavier's face made her scared even more.
"Horns" he answered.
"Horns?... Hor... Horns?" she repeated until it finally made sense to her.
He nodded pulling her hands away from them, "As I said this place affects you in ways you can't imagine"
She blinked feeling her body getting heavier," Xavier" she called and he moved to hold her.
"Let's go" he said carrying her off her feet. Liana closed her eyes letting him take her away.
He turned to the creatures, "If I find out you did anything to her, I will be back for you and trust me nothing will stop me from killing you all"
