To some extent, this could be considered a form of aesthetic fatigue.
That thought flashed through his mind.
"Good afternoon, my dear friend."
Gazing at Adam before him, Clay slowly stepped forward with his usual smile on his face.
"It's been a long time, Mr. Clay."
Adam looked at Clay, his face also breaking into a smile: "If I'm not mistaken, it seems like it's been quite a while since you last invited me to visit."
"Didn't I just lack an opportunity?"
Clay's expression remained unchanged, his smile intact: "This time, with an opportunity, I immediately called you over."
"Oh?"
Adam was surprised by Clay's words: "Opportunity?"
"What opportunity?"
"An opportunity you've been seeking."
Clay revealed a mysterious smile: "I heard you've been looking for the legend of the Bloodstone?"
"Indeed."
Adam nodded, not denying it.
Clay's knowledge of Adam's pursuit of the Bloodstone legend wasn't surprising, given that Adam himself had ordered it.
