Out of nowhere, Captain Nimotin let out a loud sneeze, the cold of the Outer World rapidly sapping her body heat.
Despite the numerous prosthesis plugins embedded in her body, and being an Assassin of the Alpha Stage, biology is biology, and it's incredibly fragile in the face of nature's cold.
She quickly shrugged her shoulders and shivered, muttering to herself,
"How much longer do we have to walk? If this keeps up, I'm going to freeze into an ice sculpture…"
In contrast to Nimotin's quivering, Yawen was much calmer. As a Spirit Medium, accustomed to constant contact with ghosts and spirits, she was used to the chilly erosions and had stronger resistance to the cold than most people.
She propped Nimotin up with one hand and fished out a pack of compressed biscuits from her waist pouch with the other:
"Captain Nimotin, if you're feeling hungry, I still have some food here."
