Ricochet's bell tower speech brought both good and bad news for the Oasis Peace Company.
The good news was that his resurrection had convinced many in the Oasis of the existence of the God of Life.
The bad news, however, was that they had no idea where the messenger of this God of Life had come from. Worse yet, this individual was attempting to emulate those from the encirclement war era, threatening to wipe out the Brotherhood.
The miracle brought Ricochet a considerable number of followers, and the garrisons of neighboring cities responded to his call.
Within just one day, the leaders of the Brotherhood experienced a shift from having everything to having nothing. Worse still, as they realized the situation was irreversible, the company seemed ready to sever ties with the Brotherhood.
The meeting room was left with him alone.
The complete loss of his elite team in the search for the Divine Artifact made him realize that even the "Deity" could no longer control the situation.
