For the Anti-Terrorism Mobile Squad, such behavior was inconceivable. Although they were under the same Law Enforcers system, solving cases and investigating had never been within their job scope. Their duties were straightforward; they simply took care of whoever their superiors told them to.
As for the reasons or why those people went mad, these were not for them to consider.
The responsibilities of the Anti-Terrorism Mobile Squad were very clear; they were the weapons of the United Government, and weapons never needed to have their own thoughts and emotions. They could entirely spend their leisure time studying human anatomy instead.
