Level 4 suppression belonged to the category of beginner Legendary. As for the intermediate Legendary stage, they all had at least one Level 5 suppression ability. As for the advanced Legendary stage, they needed to master at least one Level 6 suppression ability.
As for the peak of the Legendary stage, they needed to master at least 10 abilities that could reach Level 6 suppression! Moreover, one of them had to touch the boundary of Level 7 suppression.
