"Hello, dear customer~"
The barely clothed girl smiled and cleared out any possible doubt that she was just another customer that just gotten confused and lost and entered the wrong section with a simple greeting.
"Hello. Thank you for delivering the supplies. You can leave them here and go."
She did have the items that Viria requested though, so the young man decided to give the entire facility a generous benefit of the doubt, breathing out and nodding at the girl with a polite smile.
"Eh...?"
The girl flinched and stopped in place.
"Leave them back where it's dry."
Viria looked at her confused face and motioned at the spot halfway between the two of them with his chin.
"Ah, yes, of course."
The girl breathed out in relief and followed that part well enough.
...but after freeing her hands, she began to approach the young man while beginning to unveil herself from the towel.
"Thank you, that would be all. You can leave."
"...?!"
But as she was halfway through the motion, Viria sighed heavily and raised his eyes to the heavens... or rather the ceiling... making the girl freeze in place and stare at his back wide-eyed.
"B-but... dear customer... I came here to help you with the bath..."
The brown-haired girl gulped down her saliva and said a bit nervously, not exactly knowing how to react to that type of customer.
"I can wash myself just fine, thank you very much. Thank you for the trouble, but there's no need for you to stay here as I bathe. Go take a break and don't worry about me."
Viria tried to be as polite about the matter as possible, but with the memories of experiences from both lives, he was pretty much done with politely explaining to people about himself, so he did come out as a bit harsh although his words weren't aggressive at all.
"...I... o-okay..."
The girl finally caught the hint and left the back with her head down, hurriedly retying the towel around herself.
"I had a feeling it is this kind of place... To think that Bossac would bring me to such a place... I thought that since he was waiting by the door, the guy would overhear me talking about hating physical contact. Seriously..."
With the footsteps of the brown-haired girl getting away, Viria grumbled in annoyance to himself while taking the soap and a washing cloth that was there instead of a sponge.
"Oh?!"
For a second, Viria got excited about the small bottle that the girl put next to the soap.
The liquid inside had a nice scent and definitely wasn't reeking of drinking alcohol, so there was a good chance that it was shampoo.
"...oh..."
But once he poured a little bit on his hand and rubbed it between his fingers, only getting them slimy and slippery, his excitement turned into disappointment.
He gave the substance a chance and tried to rub it between his fingers to see whether it was maybe some cleaning solution he wasn't aware of – only to get more disappointed by the slippery feeling.
"They figured out lube but not a shampoo... what is wrong with this world...?"
Viria shook his head and moved back to his spot to properly clean himself this time.
He did vaguely hear some people talking back in the reception room, but considering that bathrooms weren't usually built with incredible acoustics in mind, Viria could make even a single word out of it.
Although, he didn't particularly care.
It was very plausible that it was just Bossac coming in with the change of clothes...
...although if it was, then Viria had something to complain about taking him to a place like that without even asking if he was okay with it...
*plap* *plap* *plap* *plap*
"..."
...but then the sound of the bare feet against the floor made him stop in place with one hand extended while he was cleaning it with the soapy washcloth.
It was a good thing that he wasn't facing the door because if he did, the expression he was making would definitely scare the life out of the same girl as earlier, who happened to walk right back inside.
"Dear customer – there has been a little mistake. I am not supposed to only help you wash your body, but to help you relieve the tension of the..."
The brown-haired girl said in an apologetic manner, slightly annoyed that something like that could ever happen to her – but then she recognized that something was wrong and the words got stuck in her mouth.
Just the foamy back of the young man sitting motionlessly in place suddenly appeared so threatening to her, that she started sweating and had to back off because of the unexplainable feeling of dread.
"I know exactly what you meant the first time. But as I said to the old guy at the counter. I. Only. Want. to. Bathe. I do not require any other services. Warm water, and bathing supplies are all I need."
Viria slowly leaned forward and even though he spoke to the bathland girl, he didn't even spare her a single glance.
"But... the sponge...? The big sponge?"
The girl asked defensively, couping her ample breasts in her hands and pushing them together.
"..."
"!!!"
Although he didn't intend to originally, Viria tilted his head and turned it towards the brown-haired girl, with all the emotions that he was feeling at the moment shaping his expression – and making the girl tremble and hurry out of the bathroom.
"Haaaa..."
Thanks to the supplies provided, Viria entered the hot bath sparkling clean and once he lean all the way down so that only his head was sticking above the surface, he breathed out in relief and felt the encompassing warmth wash out all the accumulated stress.
Still, the distaste for the unwelcomed offer still lingered and refused to get away.
"Boy? It's me, Bossac. I got your clothes and will change them for the ones you had on earlier – you have anything that you want to keep in them?"
"...!"
As he was about to cut short the soaking session, Bossac's voice called out to him from the changing room, taking him by surprise.
Viria did not hear anyone approaching!
