1. Body refining stage- this is the first stage of refining and it has 6 stages though after completing the first 3 stages one can breakthrough to the qi refinement realm. The stages are as follows:

-Iron Body

-Bronze Body

-Silver Body

-Gold Body

-Diamond Body

-Peerless Jade Body

2. Qi refinement realm- It has 12 stages though there exists a 13th stage known as the perfect qi circulation stage. it requires one to have cultivated the diamond body or the peerless jade body stage.

3. Foundation stage- This is the 3rd realm of cultivation and it has 12 stages. It involves raising pillars. Each stage is signified by the number of pillars formed. The pillars are also graded according to colors. Starting from the lowest to highest it is graded as follows: white, red, orange, blue, gold and lastly purple. Those who end up forming white pillars most don't end up breaking through to the core forming stage. Only red and above do.

4. Core forming stage-It is divided into; the illusory core stage, Core condensing stage, core refining and lastly core completion stage. The type of core you form if you don't end up using a valuable natural treasure will end up forming a core that matches your pillar color though it is not guaranteed that a purple pillar will give birth to a purple core. Those in level 1-3 are on the illusory core stage, 4-6 are in the core condensing stage, 7-9 are in the core refining stage and lastly 10-12 are in the core completion stage

5. Palace stage- is divided into 3 stages namely; the outer palace, the inner palace and the core palace. The advantages of having a purple core show themselves in this stage as those with purple cores have something extra in this stage that gives them an advantage even in the domain stage.

6. Domain stage- This is divided into low, middle, and upper domain stage. Divided into 12 stages.

7. Soul formation stage-it is divided into four stages; Soul beginner, Soul adept, Soul master, and Soul Supreme)

LIFE EXPECTANCY

1. Body refining stage- Life expectancy usually caps at 120 years though a peerless jade body has 500 years even higher than a qi completion stage member.

2. Qi refining stage-when one breaks through to the qi formation stage there isn't much change in life expectancy. Changes only happen the further along they are in the qi formation stage. At the perfect qi completion stage one has a life expectancy of 500 years however the rest usually have a life expectancy of around 300 years.

3. Foundation stage- Breaking through to the foundation stage one has a life expectancy of at least 1,200 years though it varies as the truly talented with blue grade pillars and above have a life expectancy of between 2,000- 2,700 years. The highest limit is for those with purple-grade pillars.

4. Core formation stage- Breaking through to this stage grants at least 3,500 years with gold to purple foundation pillars giving 5,000- 5,500 years. However small breakthroughs in the middle and late stages give at least 500 years for each breakthrough across the minor realms. Thus they end up having 4,500 years at the peak of the core formation stage for those with orange-grade cores and below.

5. Palace stage- Breaking through to the palace stage grants a minimum of 25,000 years with an increase of 5,000 years in a breakthrough in each minor realm. Ensuring by the time you're at the core palace stage you have 35,000 years. The base value of 25,000 years changes depending on the quality of dao one uses to break through to the palace realm. More powerful Daos grant a large base value, the highest known record is 32,000 years.

6. Domain stage-Breaking through to the domain stage grants one 100,000 years of lifespan. Minor realm breakthroughs add 25,000 years of lifespan to the cultivator, granting a peak domain expert 150,000 years.

7. Soul formation stage- Breaking through to the soul formation stage grants one 200,000 years at the start with a significant increase with each level the breakthrough
