"Ohh" She said and follows him to where Jayden is.
" Hey" She Called as she stood behind Jayden.
" The Old Man asks me to bring you to him' Jayden Said and walks ahead of her.
Twinkle wants to ask him what the Old Man needs her for, but knowing His attitude as a cold and aloof man. She kept shut and follows him quietly.
They got to the ward and entered. The Old Man is sitting up reading some magazine.
" Grandpa" She greets him
" How are your shifts going" He asked her,
" Good, Grandpa" She replied.
" You both can sit down" The Old Man Said.
Twinkle Sat beside Jayden on the couch.
Not long after, Mr& Mrs Brandy comes in.
" Mom, Dad what are you doing here" She asks them in surprise. She doesn't expect her parents to know the Old Man.
" Sit down, let's get straight to the point" The Old Man Said.
Twinkle's Parents Sat down.
" Actually, Daughter. You know your grandfather died on a mission" Twinkle's Father asks.
And Whitney nods.
" He died while trying to protect Grandpa Brent. Grandpa Brent feels indebted to us. And brought forth a proposal that you and his grandson will get married when you are 24 years old" Twinkle's Dad Said Nervously.
Twinkle stared at her father in surprise. She stared at her mother, then Grandpa Brent before resting her gaze on Jayden.
Brent Spoke Up and Said.
" At first, I didn't know you are the one until I asks Jayden to investigate you."
" Dear, Your Marriage has been sealed from childhood" Her mom said.
Jayden just sat down comfortably as if the matter doesn't concern him. It seems like he is already aware of it.
Twinkle feels betrayed because she is the only one that is not aware of the plans made for her future. But on the other hand, she is happy that she is getting married to her Dream Man.
Just the thought of that, brought a smile to her face.
The Old Man feels Overwhelmed when he Saw the smile on her face.
" Why don't you go to a more secluded space to know more about each other" The Old Man Said to Jayden.
Jayden just nods.
" Let's go" Jayden Said and walks out.
Twinkle grabs her phone and run after him Twinkle's parents and the Old Man's smile at each other
Jayden walks in fast strides so Twinkle have to run after him to catch up.
