Su Chengyu regarded himself as a reasonable man, but when faced with an unreasonable attitude, and actions taken without discerning right from wrong, he was naturally not willing to indulge it.
"Let go of me," Su Chengyu said coldly.
"Huh? You dare to confront me? You're asking for a beating!"
The middle-aged man launched a punch straight for Su Chengyu's face. If it had landed, it would unquestionably result in a bloodied mouth and nose. Su Chengyu grabbed the man's fist, another hand locking onto his wrist, causing the man to yelp in pain and to release his grip on Su Chengyu's collar.
"Don't just threaten violence, you couldn't handle it if a real fight breaks out. You're only going to hurt yourself," Su Chengyu warned coldly.
The middle-aged man massaged his wrist, clearly unconvinced, and pointed at Su Chengyu, bellowing, "Wait for it!"
With that said, the man returned to his car where he fetched a baseball bat from the trunk and charged, ready to fight.
