Chapter 20 - Chapter Twenty | Give In To The Heat

Sierra couldn't stop moaning as Aidan grazed his lips and teeth on the skin of her neck. She inclined her head so Aidan could access it well. She gently ran his hand down Aidan's broad arm to his chest. Sierra wasn't surprised when Aidan started unbuttoning her clothes. Even though she opposed it, she didn't stop him because she also wanted what he wanted to happen to the two of them.

But how did they end up in this kind of situation?

Sierra barely remembered, but it all started with a kiss after they finished working. She didn't even know if she stood up here without any objection. Like when they were in the penthouse. The kiss she thought meant nothing led them to the top of his office working table. All the stuff was scattered on the floor, which she knew Aidan didn't like. He has an OCD, but his libido says differently now because its matters above all else.

She never dared to strip him naked like he was doing to her. She opened his eyes and looked slowly at the windows and the door. She is already traumatized by such scenes, so she slightly pushes Aidan away and hugs herself, covering her brassiere.

"W-we can't do this," she said and hurriedly fixed herself.

"Everything is tinted, Sierra. You don't need to worry about -"

"It's not what I'm concerned about, Mr. Fritzgibbons. I'm still working under you as your assistant, and this is not on the contract."

Sierra knew it was wrong for her to hint at that because she knew her boss was cunning. She knew that he would say next that they would make a contract involving that exceptional service interrupted earlier.

"You cannot say we can make a contract or change what I've already signed. As I've said, I'm not that kind of woman, sir. I have a family and a child I want to raise with dignity."

"You're a smart woman, Sierra. I know you're not that kind of woman, but you cannot deny it."

"Deny what?"

"The chemistry that we have for each other, Sierra."

She felt that. Even when they met for the first time, she already felt even if it was just one night that left her with a good memory. That was their son, Ezekiel. She still doesn't know how to explain to her son that the man he plays with every weekend is his birth father. Aidan still doesn't know, and she still wonders why he doesn't see himself in her son.

Aidan Fritzgibbons was known for being the most intelligent man in the world. And for the months she's working under him, Sierra couldn't hide the fact that she learned a lot from him. He's a good mentor - a patient one if someone asks. She had made many mistakes in the past while working at Fritzgibbons Corporations, but only once had he gotten so angry. That was when his mother stole their project.

"We still cannot do these illicit things here,"

"And if I have a place where we can be intimate, you'll loosen up?" She got down from sitting at his table and then adjusted herself properly. She didn't know how to answer his question and couldn't find the right words to say. "Let me take you home," Aidan said in defeat.

"I'll have Dickie do that for me."

"He's not around. I asked him to go home first and leave the car in the parking lot."

"You plan this?" He came closer to her and gently caressed the side of her lips.

"It's your lips that I cannot resist, Sierra. No matter how hard I tried."

Those words give Sierra a chill down her spine. His boss is also very irresistible, but something is holding her back. Something's holding Sierra back from giving in to the heat he keeps initiating.

"I'll commute alone and see you tomorrow, sir,"

Those were the last words Aidan heard from Sierra before she left.

The next day, Sierra left the house early with her son Ezekiel. Today will happen the team building she had planned to do for several weeks until it happened. She wasn't supposed to take Ezekiel with her, but Aidan had already told Ezekiel about the team-building, and the boy was excited and couldn't wait for the day to come. She had no idea if her son had slept well. Earlier, her son kept asking questions like where they were going and if Aidan was there.

"Mom, can I ask you something?" her son asked suddenly. Sierra's son was wearing a cute whale hat, a gift from Miss Bernadette. They're too fond of her son and love listening to Ezekiel's intelligent talks. "Does it feel like that?"

"What is it, sweetie?"

"Having a father. Does it feel like that when Aidan plays with me every weekend?"

That she didn't expect.

She thoroughly thought that they would never reach this kind of conversation. Sierra's son has just played with her boss since the day he went to meet her outside the church. Sometimes, Ezekiel's happy playing with himself, and since he got banned from the daycare, Sierra's mother was now responsible for taking care of him. She has not yet found a helper, but her mother says she can take care of her son. She said that the payment to the helper should be kept in addition to the savings they used before.

She needed it since what's happening now may lead to her early resignation. Sierra needs to save six months ahead of time before deciding to file her resignation letter.

"I don't want to answer because I don't have a father too, Zeke." That's the truth because, like her son, Sierra is also a product of a one-night stand.

"You know, Mom, Aidan is a nice man. Although he doesn't know some show I'm watching because he loves to read business books, he's still nice."

"And you love reading too, don't you?"

"Yeah, but it's all about science because I wanna be a doctor. So, I can take care of you and Lola someday."

"That's so sweet of you," she ruffled his hair, causing him to laugh loudly. A loud horn stopped them from the car that had just arrived. "They're here. Are you ready, Ezekiel?"

"I'm born ready, Mama."

She smiled, took her son's hand, and they waited for her boss's car to park together. It's not the sports car he's always driving to work with Dickie. Dickie was in the driver's seat while his bosses were in the van's middle. And the only vacant seat was the one besides Mr. Fritzgibbons. Her son has found a place next to Miss Bernadette and is settled.

"Aren't you going with us?" asked Mr. Fritzgibbons.

He took a deep breath. "I will," she replied sparingly, which drew a restrained shout from Sir Martin and Dickie in front. "Zeke, wear your seatbelt properly and drink this so your stomach won't hurt."

"Can he drink medicine like that?" Miss Bernadette asked her in amazement.

Sierra nodded in response. "Does it taste better?" Zeke asked her.

"Close your eyes and swallow it slowly," she couldn't promise the taste, but Sierra had a technique to make her son swallow the medicine quickly. "Excellent, Zeke." He hugged her, but they immediately separated when Mr. Fritzgibbons cleared his intentionally.

She secretly tilted her head and sat next to him.

Sierra should have expected her boss to refuse to partake in everyone's meal. He thinks he did an excellent job joining all the games earlier, but her boss was wrong. Sierra plans to show the employees that the owner of Fritzgibbons Corporation is willing to stoop to their level. And she explained that to the boss a hundred times, but the two of them are still arguing about it.

"How did eating with them affect my leadership?" asked Mr. Fritzgibbons to her.

"I already told you the reason, sir. For your image as everyone's boss. Don't you want them to appreciate your presence?"

"I don't need appreciation, Sierra." She heard his deep breath. "What I need is something you can only give to me."

She faced him and then met his gaze. "What do you mean?" Sierra's eyes widened when her boss smiled mischievously. "For your information, I didn't corner you here because I wanted to imply something. I'm doing my job, so please stop testing me?"

"I know you're doing your job, but this team-building thing is also a vacation you've asked for everyone. They won't enjoy when I'm around, and this, hiding here, can ease all of them." She couldn't speak immediately after hearing what she said. Sierra didn't expect that her boss would say that to her. She told him to be open, but he gave her too much now. "I know that you're not that kind of woman, Sierra. So, you may now leave before I lose control of myself."

"What will you do here?"

"Sleep? Anything that will stop my brain from thinking about you," Sierra remained silent. "I know how professional you want us to be, but can I request some?"

"W-what is it?" He came closer to her until the distance between their faces was just a gap. She could feel his warm fresh breath against the skin underneath her nape. Sierra knows that this kind of scene cannot interfere with their work, but why is there a part in her mind that she also wants what the young man wants?

"Give me this night, and you'll never regret it. I promise you,"

His hand gently moved up to her neck, causing her to close her eyes. Damn this man for making her cunt wet by touching her the way he's doing now! It's like she's starving for his kisses that she even chases his lips when he feels her teasingly. Sierra grunted when Aidan teasingly turned his face away from her.

"Damn it!"

"Just one night,"

She took a deep breath and stepped away from Aidan to look at the door to ensure it was locked.

"Just one night." She repeated what he said when she turned back to her boss. Aidan slowly nodded in response. "You can now kiss me properly, then,"
