Keisha walked into the forest, following after the shadowy figure of the jerk who had flooded her room.
Clouds blocked out any light from the stars or moon, making it difficult to navigate the uneven terrain. The boy seemed unaffected by this as he treaded quickly with unnatural ease, almost like he could clearly see the path before him. Keisha was undeterred however, following albeit clumsily in his wake.
They walked deeper into the forest, the noise of the campout fading into the distance and Keisha wondered where he was going. As far as she knew, there was nothing in these woods other than wild animals and mosquitoes, so what did he want in here? Was he trying to scare her? Did he plan on murdering her and hiding her body?
