I rubbed my eyes as the sun rays disturbed me.
I finally flicked my eyes open and the bright white ceiling came in view first. I looked around and sat upright, confused about where i was.
The door to the room opened and a familiar nurse walked in.
"You're awake....Good morning". She said, with a dimpled smile.
Yeah..right I'm at the college infirmary.
"What happened to me?" I quickly asked, as i noticed i was on a hospital gown.
"You passed out last night". She replied, walking up to me. She placed her hand on my forehead.
"Seems like you cooled down".
I passed out huh?
Wait! Yes i remember rushing to Aiden and then crashing to him...before everything became blurry.
And Aiden? He was bleeding!
"Where's Aiden?" I asked the nurse, quickly.
"The next room". She replied.
In a swift movement, I jumped down from the bed and dashed out of the room..
"Wait....come back!" The nurse called after me, but i ignored her.
I pushed open the door to the next room and dashed inside.
Aiden laid on the bed, his hands, under the back of his head, while he stared into space.....he turned to my direction when I opened the door.
"You finally woke up sleepy head". He said, wearing his famous smirk.
I ran to him and pulled his shirt up..
"We're in an infirmary yunno...do you want the nurse or doctor to barge in on us and watch live...."
"Shut up...I just want to check your injury". I interrupted him and ran my finger on his injury....where Adams had cut him with the knife.... I'm just glad he wasn't stabbed.
I heaved a sigh of relief....
"You didn't even wince when i touched it....are you immune to pain?"
"I told you it was nothing". He replied.
I embraced him suddenly...
"I'm so glad you're okay". I muttered.
"I'm also glad you're fine". He murmured, wrapping his arms around me.
The door opened...
"Darlings.." I heard Mrs Sophie's voice and I withdrew from the embrace to face her.
"Are you guys alright now?" She asked, worry written all over her face.
I nodded my head, smiling to assure her everything was fine.
"I'm so happy, you both have to skip lectures today and have a good rest okay? I have a meeting right now with Mrs Campbell and her daughter". With that said, she left the room.
Courtney and her mom? Whoa looks like she's in trouble.
"What do you think is going to happen to Courtney?" I asked.
"Don't know.... don't care". He murmured and laid back on the bed.
"This is so uncomfortable, i want to go home".
"Your wound needs to be tended to". I said.
"Doesn't anybody understand the word 'i'm fine'? I mean...I don't need to be attended to.... I'm really fine". He grumbled.
"Keep quiet and stay still you stubborn creature". I hissed at him.
"Yes Mom". He said.

"Miss Flynn i told you not to leave your room". The nurse from earlier said as she came in..."you shouldn't be running around like that when you're still weak".
"I'm not weak". I grumbled.
"You have to go back to...."
"New girl!" Jerry came in interrupting the nurse...
Raven, Ashley and Mia also came in..
"What are you students doing here, it's not visiting hour...you should go back to your class....and four of you can't come in at the same time".
"To hell with that... don't you also have something else to do?" Raven asked the nurse.
"I..I..I have but..but you guys are breaking the rules..".
"Do i look like I follow rules?" Raven asked, folding her arms as she glared at the nurse.
"It's not right for all four of you to enter at once....at least you should pick a time that two of you visit and the other two will pick a time".
Two other people came in....Lucas and Carlos.
"And now that we're six?" Raven asked, smirking.
"You know what? Nevermind". The nurse groaned in frustration and left the room.
"Thanks miss!". Raven yelled.
"Bella!" Mia squealed and ran to me, then enveloped me in a bear hug.
"How are my lovebirds doing?" Raven asked walking to the bed.
I smiled nervously at her, touching the nape of my neck.
She dropped down to the bed, sitting beside Aiden...
"Bells, I'm so sorry you had to go through that last night. Seriously i would've castrated that son of a bitch and stab him over and over again" Ashley said, also embracing me.
"You never told me you had a cousin like this". Raven said to me.
"Well...."
"I like her". She smiled, cutting me short.
"Oh.." I muttered.
"How do you feel?" Carlos suddenly spoke up and everyone turned to face him.
"Aiden? Bella? Are you feeling better?" He asked.
The room went quiet....
So....he can actually say words other than 'bunch of headaches' and he can actually show concern?
"Where's Carlos?" Raven asked, facing Jerry and Lucas.
Aiden stifled a laughter...
"What do you mean? He's standing right here". Jerry replied, pointing at Carlos.
"Nahh...I don't think so...the Carlos i know, can't stay a second without his phone". She said.
"Tch" Carlos scoffed.
"Did y'all hear the latest gist?" Mia spoke up.
Everyone turned to look at her now...
"What is it about?" I asked her..
"Principal Sophie is gonna expel Courtney".
"Omigosh really?" Raven gasped out.
"Aw! We won't be seeing our Diva queen anymore". Jerry pouted.
"Serves her right". Lucas murmured.
"She was the worst headache ever". Carlos said.
"Too bad...I didn't get to beat her black and blue". Ashley murmured.
"I know right?" Raven turned to face her...
Wow...is she really going to expel her? I mean Courtney's her friend's daughter...but still she endangered her son's life last night.
"What about Adams? Got any idea where he is?" I asked.
"At the hospital....he was admitted to the general hospital last night, his injuries were way severe". Mia replied.
"Oh.."
"Aiden's dad paid his bills". Raven said and rolled her eyes.
"He shouldn't have paid a dime...he deserves to die...he also hurt Aiden....why isn't his dad taking responsibility?"
"Like Aiden's gonna agree". Mia chuckled.
True though....I don't think Aiden would've accepted Adams dad to take responsibility for his son's violent behavior.
I looked at all of them as they talked and laughed....I was glad we were safe...Aiden and I, with such amazing friends....well and cousins too.

2 days later....Early morning..
At the Emersons...
"Daddy...I made a picture of us". Annie squealed as she descended the stairs...waving a piece of paper..
I looked up from the magazine i was reading.
"Is that so? Let me have a look angel". Mr Emerson said and she walked to him and handed over the paper, he carried her and let her sit on his lap.
"This...is beautiful... beautiful, my angel now what was your reward if you make a beautiful picture?" He asked her.
"I was gonna get two cups of icecream, princess cakes and a piggy ride". She replied beaming.
"Really...did i say that?" He narrowed his eyes with a pout on his face as he stared at his daughter.
"Yes" she giggled. "Well except the piggy ride though...I added that one myself".
"Okay...if you insist princess".
"I love you Daddy". She embraced him and I felt my heart melt at the sight..
It was too heart touching and beautiful to behold.
"I love you too my angel".
"I wanna learn how to draw perfectly like you". She stated.
"And you will...you will draw perfectly unlike your lazy brother". He said and she giggled again.
"I told you Bella, I'll perfect my drawing". She beamed at me.
"I trust you". I winked at her...
"Mommy... aren't you gonna take a look at my new drawing?" She yelled.
"Comin' sweetie". Mrs Emerson yelled back from upstairs.
The doorbell rang..
"I'll get it..." Annie jumped down from her father's lap and ran to the door, then pulled it open..
"Hey there Annabel".
"It's Raven and...." Her voice trailed off..
"New girl!"

"Hey uncle Bob.."
"Hi Mr Emerson".
I looked up and sighted Raven, Mia, Jerry, Lucas and Carlos.
Aww... wasn't expecting visitors.
I beamed as i saw them...
"Hey kiddos how are you doing?" Mr Emerson asked.
"We're good". They chorused, then Raven and Mia scurried to my side.
Aiden and his mom descended the stairs.
"Wow...are we having a party?" Mrs Emerson asked, all smiles.
"Hi principal Sophie..".
"Hey guys". She waved.
Aiden cleared his throat as he walked up to me and placed his hand on my shoulder...
"Now that we're all here....it's a perfect opportunity to announce this...". He said, and a smile appeared on his face....his infamous beautiful smile.
"Oh my God!" Jerry gasped, then turned to look at me..
"You're pregnant?" He asked.
What the????
I opened my mouth to talk but nothing came out...I just lowered my head, feeling my cheeks heating up.
The rest of them stared at him questionably
"I'm going to be an uncle soon". He mused.
"Don't be absurd, stupid! I only wanted to say we'll be going on a vacation to Paris". Aiden said.
"Paris?" Annie gasped.
"Yayy.!"
"Uh... you're not coming". He said, killing her spirit instantly.
"Huh...why?" She pouted.
"Because...it's gonna be Bella and i only". He replied.
Huh.... really??
"It's not fair". She casted him an annoyed pout and folded her arms.
"I see you're trying to work things out and spend more time with her right?" Mrs Emerson said, smiling naughtily at her son
"We won't be joining you for the usual family vacation....so you guys have your fun".
Raven cleared her throat...
"Soo...it's gonna be just the two of you? Just the two of you allllloneee...." She drawled.
Mia giggled...
"Got a problem with that?" He asked her...
"No...not at all". She replied quickly, still clearing her throat.
"I want our first official date to be at Paris". He massaged my shoulder "Do you like Paris or should i change it to..."
"I love Paris". I replied quickly.
"It's settled then.."
Mr Emerson sighed deeply..
"You see Aiden, don't lose this one, she's a keeper". He said...smiling at me.
"And she's the reason we're a family once again... don't lose a rare diamond like her or you'll never find someone like her ever again".
Blush....blush...blush.
"I'm not planning on losing her....and she ain't going nowhere". Aiden replied.
My cheeks were heating up even more...all their talks were making me feel embarrassed...so i hung my head low.
"Yes... she's the one that reunited us, I can't thank her enough for taking the risk and doing so. I'm so proud of you sweetie". Mrs Emerson said as she dried the tears in her eyes.
"Thank you so much".
I simply nodded and smiled in return.
As long as they were a family by fate or more like Cupid brought them together as a couple...it would be difficult to be separated.
"Thanks for not listening to me". Aiden gave my shoulder a slight squeeze.
"I was stubborn....and you proved to be more stubborn".
I stifled a laughter...
"You have no idea how happy I am for both of you". Raven said.
"Cupid did his work afterall". Mia chuckled.
"I guess so". Raven murmured.
"So....Lucas did you make a move on Raven?" Aiden left my side, heading to his friend and cracking his knuckle bones.
"Uh....yeah....after five repeated slaps...two kicks in the balls...which hurt pretty bad, a smack on the head and a death threat to me, by her, she finally said yes". Lucas replied.
Aiden grabbed his collar...
"If you break her heart....I'll break your legs...or your skull got it?"
"More death threats....yes sir". Lucas replied.
The rest of us bursted out laughing.
"And Bella if he as much as break yours also...let me know, I know a lot of doctors who break bones for a living". Raven said with a smirk..
We laughed once again..
"Where are you guys going on vacation, this time?" Aiden asked his mom.
"Hawaii". She replied...
"Sounds like fun...babe, would you like to go to Hawaii on our second date?" He asked me.
I beamed and nodded like a five year old girl.
"Don't try to make us jealous...". Raven rolled her eyes.

At the airport....
"I'll miss you Bella". Mia sniffed like she was about to cry..
"I'll miss you too sweetie". I embraced her.
"Yuh! Try not to get her pregnant alright?" Raven scoffed at Aiden.
What is it with pregnancy? I'm too young for that for crying out loud!!
"I'll try". He replied with a smirk..
Really?
I pinched him and he stifled a laughter.
"Too bad you won't be partying with us tonight, Aiden....right Jerry?" Lucas asked.
"Um..I won't attend the party". Jerry replied and i was taken aback.
Seemed like everyone else were also shock at his response.
"Whoa...you aren't attending the party?" Lucas asked again, with a raised eyebrow.
A whole party freak??
King of night clubs?
"Why? I thought you loved dining with 'em chicks huh?".
"Well...um.." he scratched his head..."I and Ashley wanna see a movie together...and i think i wanna spend time with her and let her know my feelings are real".
What in the actual world?!
"Okay...who the hell are you and what have you done to my friend Jerry?". Lucas grabbed his collar.
"C'mon bruh...it's me". Jerry replied... removing his hand from his collar.
A lot of things have been happening lately..
"So you're actually planning to dine with 'em chicks?" Raven did an air quote as she pronounced 'chicks' and grabbed Lucas ear...then began to twist it.
"Ow...ow...no...I don't do...stuffs like that....it's only.... Jerry....ow".
I giggled...
Their kinda love is a savage one. Oh dear Cupid!
"Safe trip.." Carlos murmured without looking up from his phone.
"Yeah...safe trip..and have a wonderful stay". Mia waved, moving backwards as she wanted to retreat with the rest.
"Look out..." I gasped...but it was too late...
She bumped into Carlos and his phone fell from his hand.
She quickly turned to face him..
"Oh my God... I'm so sorry". She gasped out and bent to pick it up...turned out, Carlos was also trying to pick it up and there....their heads collided, making them hiss in pain and then, massaging their foreheads.
I chuckled at the sight...
Don't worry Mia...sooner or later, you're gonna have him wrapped around your fingers...Fate will eventually bring both of you together if you don't give up on your love for him. Cupid doesn't sleep. Love takes time.
I waved back to all of them and Aiden and i got into the plane.

We dined at a small table, in an almost quiet restaurant, most of the tables were empty. The only light we got was from a few well placed candles, but it wasn't so dark still. It was just the perfect romantic atmosphere.
A waitress poured out two glasses of wine and then I was just about to thank her when she glared at me.
Uh....
Then she turned to face Aiden and gave him a flirtatious smile.
Ughh!
She left, in a haste to get a new course..
I sipped the wine slowly and noticed as Aiden watched me without touching his drink.
I blushed and looked away trying to avoid looking into his eyes.
From the corner of my eyes, i saw him smile...
Jerk! Making me uncomfortable.
As if on cue, 'perfect' by Ed Sheeran came on and the romantic atmosphere went to a whole new level.
The waitress approached us again and placed our first course between us.
A simple plate of fruit and cheese...
She flicked a strand of her hair and pinned it to the back of her ear, then leaned towards Aiden still wearing her flirtatious smile...
"I hope you enjoy your self". Her French accent, deep.
What does she think she's doing?
And right in front of me...
"Yunno....we serve the best dishes here and the best ladies..."
Okay....she's really getting on my nerves...
Aiden smiled back at her and I bit my lip.
She left suddenly again to get another course.
I glared at him and put a morsel of fruit in my mouth and chew..
He stared at me, questionably and then leaned towards me...
My heart sped up...and my countenance changed
He leaned in much more closer and i gulped, closing my eyes and waiting for him to kiss me...
Just then, I felt his finger wipe off something from my lip..
I flicked my eyes open and he laughed quietly..

I bit my lip, and glared at him once again.
The waitress arrived again with our dinner plates... Aiden's own rich and heavy, while mine lighter and bold.
She was still flirting with him and he was also flirting back.
Is he trying to piss me off or what? If he's trying to.... I'm a whole new level of mad right now...
"Are you alright?" He suddenly asked me.. looking at my hand.
I didn't notice i had grab the fork like i wanted to stab someone.
I quickly held the fork properly...
"I...I.. I'm fine". I stuttered and began to eat.
"So um....do you want my number? I'll be glad to give you. If you want, I'll be free tonight, we could hook up". She bit her lip seductively.
This French slut face!!
"Hey!" I snapped all of a sudden..
She and Aiden turned to look at me..
"What do you think you're doing you fucking slut!" I spat at her as i breathe heavily.
"Excusez moi?" She asked. "Who are you calling a slut?"
"Who else bitch?! Is this what you guys do to your customers? Who the fuck hired someone like you anyways?"
"I see you're just mad the guy you're on a date with took interest in me". She said.
I stood up and slammed my hand on the table.
"How dare you?!"
She leaned closer to me...and purposely pushed my glass of wine, which only the both of us saw. The content spilled on my dress.
"Oh my God" I stared at my black dinner dress...and then at her..
I slapped her hard and she raised her hand to slap me back but was stopped by Aiden...
He held her hand and pushed her off.
"Don't even dare". He warned.
"You should be ashamed...if this is what you guys do to your customers...then this isn't a restaurant but a brothel...as for spilling a drink on my girl...you must be fired". He said in a calm way....it was hard to decipher if he was annoyed or not.
"I'm done with this... where's your boss?"
"No...please...no...I promise it's not what you think...please don't get me fired...please... I'm sorry....please". She began to beg.
"You ruined our first date....I can't forgive you..." He said and took my hand.
"Please....this job is my only hope... please don't get me fired". She continued pleading...but i assumed it fell on deaf ears, as Aiden pulled me together with him to the counter to complain to her boss.
I just stared at the bipolar creature that held me...
Seriously he was hard to read.

I came out of the bathroom, in a bathrobe, drying my hair.
Aiden went into the bathroom and i sat to massage my body lotion to my body.
Soon, I heard him call my name from the bathroom.
"What is it?" I yelled back.
"I think the water has stopped running...can you pass me the towel?"
"Eish! How could you forget the towel?"
"I got soap in my eyes..." He whined.
"Ugh!! I'm coming".
"Babeeee soooaappp!!"
"Alright....alright...I'm coming..." I grabbed the white towel and stopped at the entrance to the bathroom..
Should i go in?
I paused and bit my lip...
Okay... I'm going in...
Using my left hand to cover my eyes, I opened the door with my right and went in, then stretched my hand out...
"Here...".
I felt his hand on mine and he touched the towel....
Just then, he pulled me, together with the towel and i bumped my head on his bare chest.
I gasped and withdrew, then shut my eyes tight.
"Open your eyeess" he taunted.
"No". I said quickly, then joined my lips together tightly.
"C'mon open your eyes...or I'll turn on the shower..."
So there's still water huh? He lied to me.
"Don't...you...dare".
"Oh yeah... that's a lame threat...I'm turning it on however...".
I quickly opened my eyes and he smirked.
"You're gonna get me all wet again..I just finished drying up". I groaned.
"That wasn't a perfect bath....let's have a perfect bath together". He said with a smug.
"You naughty, sly jerk! You lied that there was no more water". I hit his chest.
He grabbed my hand and pulled me to himself, wrapping his arms around me.
"Hit me one more time and you'll be the one screaming instead". His voice was husky.
I gulped down and began to breathe heavily.
He laughed at my reaction and turned on the shower.
I gasped...my robe becoming wet and heavy on me...
"Aiden...."
"I told you you look so adorable when you're jealous....back at the restaurant I wanted to admire your cute, angry face, that's why I played along with the bitch! turned out she went really far to mess us up. But then, you looked so hot when you stood against her with some fire sparks ".
I hit him again....
"Don't you ever try flirting with any other girl except me!" I poked his chest.
"How cute".
"Ugh! I'm serious". I groaned
"Kay...mom". He replied.
"Now...you've made me wet".
"Wet?" He asked with a raised eyebrow..."I haven't even touched you".
"Ugh... that's not what mean..." I hit him for the nth time.
My hair stuck to my face and so did his..
He planted a kiss on my forehead...
"Don't ever leave me..." He murmured.
I smiled...
"I won't... I'm going nowhere" I replied.
"Good". He said bluntly.
Eish....
He planted a kiss on my nose.
"I love you". He murmured.
"I love you more baby". I said.
He planted a kiss on my lips.
"I'm glad i met you...I really am".
I smiled, the water just kept pouring down on us....
"Yeah...me too".
I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him passionately.
you deserve someone better and that 'someone better' is out there, waiting patiently, till fate brings the both of you together, that 'someone' is gonna cherish you like you're the most precious gift to him, cheer up sweetie".
Those were my mother's words while she was comforting me when I and Adams broke up.

I deepened the kiss and he kissed back, undoing the rope of my bathrobe.
He carried me and I wrapped my legs around his waist, while he devoured my lips...

Fate made us Cupid's Twain according to Mia at last...
And a perfect one at that.
I finally gave in to his seduction and allowed him take me to the glamour world.
