At that moment, Ashton and Victor arrived, also looking ready for battle, and Cyrus's lips twitched as his eyes turned into their silver reptile-like form, narrowing at the army below and appearing to be waiting for someone.
He sighed, his fingers caressing the hard roof, and chuckled when he saw Ashton raise his head and look in his direction, mouthing, "I will have my eyes on you, Cyrus Dragos," before looking away.
"It is absurd, you can not stop." Cyrus hissed and stood on the roof with ease.
His hands were clenched, his knuckles whiter than they should have been.
"Where have you gone?" He asked slowly, and then there was a loud roar.
Cyrus scoffed and turned to see a massive black dragon with sharp golden reptile-like eyes flying towards him.
Cyrus put his hands in his pockets as the dragon came to a halt in front of him. "Do you want me to fly with you or climb on?" He inquired, but River continued to stare at him with hostility.
