"How long will you continue being dumb?" Cyrus asked Sage who was still in his embrace, his voice flat.
Sage was enraged by that question. He didn't know what happened, so why was he asking?
"I am not dumb," She said through her teeth.
"Stupid then,"
"Keep quiet! Let me go!" She shouted and tried to struggle away from his embrace but he didn't budge.
The fire mage in Cyrus' arms couldn't help but frustrate him. She was becoming increasingly unpredictable, which would send her to a much earlier grave.
He returned to the room after she had fallen asleep to find her glowing in a faint fiery colour. He knew from the faint glow that she had been summoned to the sea of blood, a lost world for mages.
He knew she would probably do something stupid that would keep her there indefinitely.
"Who did you meet?" He asked, wanting immediate answer.
"I am not going to tell you. My answer will be dumb like me." Sage said angrily.
