"Waah!"
I went home because I missed my son, and I was getting scolded by a baby in return. He did not cry, fortunately, but he had shifted to scowling and growling. Even without Natha interpreting his thoughts, I knew Shwa was upset.
I held him and the only thing this baby did was stare at me with a scowl. "I know, baby...I'm sorry," I sighed and stroked his head in an effort to appease him.
What I got was a smack on my chin.
"Waah! Ahh!"
I did say I was happy he seemed to grow up bigger and faster than human babies, but not anymore. It also came with stronger hand strength that I felt a three-month-old shouldn't have yet.
"Yes, yes..." I just let him smack me as a peace offering. "I know I already promised you not to go away too often, but I have to do this one, okay?"
"Guuh! Agah!"
This time, he gripped my hair tightly. Ever heard about how a baby's grip was the strongest in the world? Yeah...I could vouch for that.
