I couldn't curse in front of my children, so I clasped my mouth tightly before I did it in reflex. My eyes widened as I looked at my son, before shifting my unblinking gaze to my husband.
But even Natha was petrified. We exchanged glances in shock until my son smacked my chin.
"Waa!" Shwa tugged on my hair as if questioning why I was just standing silently instead of smothering him as usual.
And then, Neel asked curiously. "What was that? Did he say 'creator'?"
The question snapped me back to reality, reminding me that other people didn't know about Shwa. Certainly, we couldn't ask Stan about his statement here, so I turned around and dispersed everyone.
"Neel, thank you for the good work. I'll send you the compensation later. Jade, take care of Shiny here."
"Huh?"
