Esme pov
At nine years old,
The glass shattered while she stood with her teddy bear clutched to her side grimacing as she watched them argue with one another.
Please stop fighting
No one could hear her inner thoughts, afraid to speak out with her voice.
They carried her away from the screams and rants, away from the chaos.
The door closed shut and she was locked up in her room. Lights barely brightened up the room. She sat all alone with her teddy bear crying until it was soaked in tears.
At twelve year
Already past the age of clutching teddy bears, she held her hands firmly in place biting her lower lip under the pouring rain. Everyone shed their tears before the grave. They all dressed in black and heaven grieved along with them to mourn.
His face blurred from her vision but he stood beside her his words barely made a sound in her head. What did he say?
Then he left, only she stood with an umbrella under the chilly rain letting the rain mix with her salty tears.
