"Hazel," she repeated. then backed away, "Have you worked in the care unit before? We are going to need some extra hands." She plopped her hands on her waist, giving her a soft grin. It had been a while since she had seen that expression on someone's face. Everyone was either too scared or too uptight to laugh about anything, yet here she was, embracing the wave of possible airborne poisoning with a smile on her face. Esme was intrigued by her.
"Walk with me," she said. heading off to attend to one of the patients.
The patient they saw had some sort of discoloration on his finger and outgrowth bumps on his body. He continued to groan, tossing and turning on his bed.
"This patient is by far gone with his symptoms, yet he just started some hours ago," the healer mentioned while looking into his pupil to see his dilations.
