"Farewell my lovely Shantel, you are the pride of this household," Eugiene Makel said, he had escorted her to the carriage that had been sent to receive her from the mansion. She waved at him, and the horseman whipped the reins at the horses. They galloped away and she watched her father sadly as he went back into the house.
When she arrived at the crescent pack house she couldn't help but stare at it in awe at the mansion again. Trevor the alpha's aide was patiently waiting at the entrance for her carriage. He opened the door assisting her to alight from the carriage.
"I'm pleased that you made it here safely," he said to her. At the height of the stairs, Terisha and Lenora waited for her as well she wasn't shocked to see Lenora but as for terisha she glanced at Trevor with lowered brows.
"The merchants' daughter is here as well," Terisha chimed in with an obnoxious tone.
