A year passed,
At the crescents' pack house that once blossomed with laughter and happiness now became a ruin filled with despair and imminent sadness.
The people grieved silently. Cut off from the alpha who became absent amongst them.
While in the pack house, the staff carried on consumed by fear. No one wanted to be a victim of his wrath.
"I've never seen the alpha before. Is he sick?" a maid gossiped while strolling on their way to their early morning duties.
"He hardly left his study to patrol the pack borders anymore. Ever since the incident..." the other answered with anguish.
"Do you think she ran away with another male wolf?" the other maid stared wide-eyed at the new recruit in the pack house. They had been losing staff due to the increase in incidental damage done to the staff who fell victim to the alpha's rage.
