As Tristan walked towards the forest loud crunching noises echoed out.
As he moved in deeper he felt the trickling of water from above, it seemed as if the rain had broken through the thick canopy.
He looked up and saw the unmoving branches of the trees and their purplish green leaves.
He walked for some time and grew tired of seeing the thick trunk of these trees.
But apart from that, it was relatively quiet, splash! He stepped into a puddle of muddy water causing his feet to become.
Looking at the area the water encompassed he took a detour, walking past those ancient trees, Tristan felt small.
Curchie! Curchie!
The sound of something gnawing on wood could be heard, looking at a tree to his right he saw a massive thing biting into it.
Tristan stopped and stared at it with fear as if sensing something the thing turned and looked at him.
Its eyes were like two lakes seeming tranquil, its dog-like face drooped, it then went back to bite that tree.
Looking closely one could see the massive hooks It had for paws shown with an ominous radiance.
Tristan moved swiftly and disappeared shortly thereafter low growls echoed out.
After that encounter Tristan began to move much more cautiously.
Tatatatata!
Tristan paused and looked around suddenly his scalp went numb as that sound echoed out again.
He moved slowly ensuring not to make any noise, but the feeling of being watched lingered.
As he moved in deeper Tristan felt as if he was being watched by hundreds.
Snap! He stepped on a twig and the atmosphere went still for a moment.
Catatata!
His spine tingled as he heard that noise, as Tristan moved his steps became deliberate.
After moving a hundred meters or so he heard something to his right.
He checked his left first then his right to see something unnerving: a creature it's body black and covered with scales had its head in the ground.
Looking at it carefully Tristan thought "is that an overgrown lizard?"
The lizard senses something and lifted its head, its vertical pupils contracted then stared at Tristan.
Its tongue, which was still in the ground, gradually retracted into its mouth.
And as it did so massive bugs and worms seem to be struggling but we're trapped by some stinky solution.
Tristan stare'd on, his feet seemingly glued into the earth, never had he seen this before.
It was completely alien and foreign to him as he stood there rooted his instincts screamed at him to run.
He looked around and mapped out a path, in the next instance Tristan could be seen hauling cheeks.
His movements were panicked but swift, but that gaze lingered, after sometime the lizard retracted its tongue and its massive nose sniffed the air.
It took slow steps forward and its eyes narrowed.
To the on looker this lizard seemed more like a komodo dragon.
After it shook its head, its powerful body blurred into motion.
Looking behind Tristan thought did I lose it, as he neared a thick ancient tree he felt a chill.
Looking to his front, a massive green eye stared at him, its black eyelids opened and closed.
He didn't know when but he had leapt into the air without thought, as to why he did a somersault.
In the very instance the lizard's eyes closed, its long tongue shot out and his fine hairs stood on end.
A kind of shock ricashaded throughout his nervous system causing him to react at such a monsterous speed.
As his feet touched the ground, his body shot out like a bolt of lightning, Tristan's mind was foggy during this period.
The lizard who saw this was stunned but it quickly recovered and chased after its prey.
As Tristan made a swift escape the trees began to shrink in size.
The lizard's tongue blurred into motion and with an inhuman reaction speed Tristan dodged, but as his feet touched the ground his muscles tightened causing him to stumble and fall.
The lizard reacted quickly and struck at Tristan who was on the ground, in the very last moments he rolled to the side.
The soft earth splashed up into the air; it seemed as if his body needed this moment of relaxation before he sprung up again and ran towards the clearing up ahead.
The lizard chased a little then looked at the area apprehensively, looking back Tristan could see the reluctance in those cold eyes.
In this area the rain fell from the sky and onto the ground. As he walked forward one would typically hear the sound of splashing water.
But not paying any heed to this Tristan looked at the trees in front.
They were of normal height and there were some even smaller than the norm, walking up to one Tristan noticed the purplish black body of the tree.
Even in this heavy downpour the radioactive green leaves shown with a dim luster.
Not knowing why he decided to test his strength he checked his fist and struck with all his might.
It was if hitting steel the earth his hand shattered and his expression stiffened
It seems as if his strength meant nothing here; he knew now that another encounter with any wild or feral lifeform would be fatal.
Becoming stronger was a matter of survival at this point.
His eyes caught something to his right and he saw something truly strange, it was a dragonfly, it's body was streamline like metal but what was strange was that this streamlined body resembled a fish.
Its 4 wings were now 4 fins, two on each side.
Feeling something brushing against his left hand Tristan looked to see what it was, it was another one of those strange dragon flies.
As it flew up Tristan saw a stinger under its body.
He didn't know why but an extreme sense of dread washed over him, he suddenly raised his arm and forcefully tore off the flesh from his arm.
He quickly spat the torn flesh away, and in that instant the flesh began to change.
The infected flesh turned black and worms became visible and in a few seconds those worms transformed and turned into the dragonflies at present but small ones.
A horrified expression covered his face and with another surge of adrenaline he ran like a madman on coke.
Suddenly he slipped and hit his head going out cold.
Up above in the void of space a massive black hand stretched out then it flipped palm facing up and space began to distort.
Within the distortion a sapphire blue planet could be seen.
"Analysis complete."
"Humanity's descent to ultoria's plane will take a two hundred years."
"Scanning for and potential wandering natives."
"Scanning complete."
"Only 13 natives have been discovered and 7 will arrive due to sudden spatial distortion."
After sometime the hand began to slowly dissipate and earth was suspended in the void but a strange force surrounded it and it pulled it to the massive world below.
It was like a pebble thrown at Jupiter, truly insignificant.
On earth the impressive infrastructure of earth remained the same but at this moment multiple black holes appeared across the world.
In but an instant a bright light flashed and colors of all sorts covered the world.
All things became still and after everything and every person were in the place they were the earth began to move again.
People who were driving as if on drugs began to swerve causing accidents and fatalities.
But the safest ones were the ones in the sky, the ones on the sea and the ones in the buildings.
But all who were on the roadside or streets were in incredible danger.
A little girl was crying in the middle of the streets because her father had just been run over.
People quickly gathered around to help but with a loud cry a blinding yellow light shot out.
At Lakewood high Miss Ulin suddenly found herself in front of an empty classroom.
She thought nothing of it at first then saw her reflection in the mirror at the back of the classroom.
She blushed as she saw her clothing, boom! A sudden sound of an explosion woke her from her embarrassment.
She looked out the window and a massive mushroom cloud rose to the sky. The shockwave traveled through the city, shattering windows and flipping cars.
The situation outside was chaotic.
A wave of mass hysteria spread world wide.
For a brief period of time chaos rained on earth, however this small period of disorder was quickly quelled by the government and the military.
A month has passed since the mass hysteria but on this day March 21, 2035 a new order had been established and new laws were issued to the public.
Academies of varying types were opened to both the elites and the common folks so long as they had the talent and potential.
Inside a conference room big shots from all around the world sat.
Everyone was quiet showing the gravity of the situation, footsteps echoed and a scientist dressed in all white walked up to the round table.
With a slight movement of his hand the image on his device was transferred to the table then to the massive screen behind them.
The room was illuminated and clear satellite imagery could be seen. The scientist in pure white spoke.
"After intense analysis of the sky we've found to our shock that there is no sun."
"What!"
"Impossible!"
"How can that be?"
But with a raise of hand the room quieted down, and the scientist continued.
"This is not the only anomaly we've encountered; there's no moon."
Everyone was aghast no moon nor sun meant the annihilation of all life on earth yet they were still here.
After a long pause the scientist looked at everyone then waved his hand and the satellite image moved.
As it did so the scientist spoke, we analyzed the gravitational wave and discovered something truly strange.
We are being pulled towards something, commotion broke out in the room but was quickly quieted down by the raise of a hand.
At first we thought we were being pulled in by a supermassive black hole but after further analysis and repositioning of the satellites we encountered the anomaly.
The satellite imagery changed.
Below a planet of an unimaginable size hovered in the void, its horizons stretching into the far reaches of space.
Presidents, billionaires and the hidden elites were all in disbelief.
The male scientist adjusted his glasses and continued.
"We've scanned only 10 percent of this planet's surface but this was enough to get its chemical makeup."
"The chemical composition of this world can support life but…"
"The gravity on this planet will be a hundred times stronger than that of Jupiter which is why we're being pulled towards it."
The room went silent only the silent breathing of the people could be heard.
"But there is hope, we've calculated the pull of this force and in the next 250 to 400 years before we collide with its surface.
