Chapter 3 - Okay? Almira

Almira was silent, she could only look into her mother's eyes with a calm feeling she felt so guilty. "Okay, now it's better for Mommy to rest, okay?" Medina groaned, smiling crookedly at Mommy.

Her mouth curved into a very pretty smile. "Y-yes dear," said Mommy Alda, smiling faintly at Almira and Medina

Without realizing it, the three of them were sleeping comfortably, there was a very beautiful sight where Almira and Medina slept holding their mother's palms while leaning her head next to the angel's shoulder without the wings they had.

The sun began to show its light when its rays entered 'room number '209', the room where Mommy Alda was being cared for. Almira slowly opened her eyes, her eyes were puffy from crying too much.

A sweet smile appeared on Almira's face, she was so happy to see Medina who had been sleeping in her mother's arms since last night, the pain in Almira's heart eased slightly when she looked at the faces of her mother and sister, Medina.

Mommy Alda and Medina are the sources of Almira's strength, for Almira's only mother and sister love in her heart.

Almira again shed tears when she looked at her mother face who was still fast asleep, occasionally she held her mother's wrist to make sure that nothing untoward happened to her.

Almira loves her mother and sister so much, Medina. Behind her broken heart, Almira always tries to look strong because she doesn't want to see her mother and sister sad. After all, they have to think about it.

Tears streamed down her cheeks when Almira remembered Mommy Alda's struggles all this time, Mommy Alda had to work hard to support and raise her two daughters without the slightest help from her husband from the cost of education and others.

He also recalled the figure of his father who had been going somewhere, he could only see a photo of his father holding him when he was a baby and when Mama Alda was pregnant with her second child, Medina.

Almira and Medina are only four years apart in age. As far as Almira's knowledge, her mother once told me that her father left them to intend to look for work outside the city because when Mommy Alda was seven months pregnant, her family's economic condition was very bad, and the big company led by her father went bankrupt.

But until finally, Mommy Alda gave birth to Medina, her second child, her husband never again gave the news to his wife and children. Mommy Alda had also searched for her husband but to no avail until finally Mommy Alda gave up hope and did not look for the whereabouts of the husband who had given her two very beautiful and intelligent daughters.

It had occurred to Almira's mind that her father was an irresponsible man because he had the heart to leave his wife's child without any news. But he tried to be strong and tough.

Although Almira and Medina have never felt the love of a father in their entire life, they are grateful because they still have a strong mother and love their children so much, Mommy Alda is an angel without wings for Almira and Medina

Almira doesn't know what her life will be like if she has to lose her mother forever.

Almira looked back into her mother's eyes, who still closed her eyes and then kissed her forehead with a feeling of love. "I love Mom, don't ever leave us, Mom, don't be like Father who left the three of us," Almira whispered after kissing her mother's forehead.

"Almira is not ready to be abandoned by Mommy, Mira can't afford it, Mommy, Mom loves Mira and Medi right? Mommy is strong, Mom," Almira whispered.

The gust of wind that came in again made Almira feel the deepest pain when she should have married but had to cancel it even now the woman she loved so much was lying weak in the hospital.

The afternoon was approaching, the hot sun outside seemed to be ambushing everyone so that no one dared to leave their territory. Seen here are two beautiful and sweet women who are crying bitterly because they see their mother's condition is getting weaker and worse, they are both Almira and Medina

Almira and Medina's heartbeats were beating very fast when they saw their mother's condition getting worse they couldn't bear to see her mother who was very difficult to breathe, her tears flowed profusely when her mother continued to hold her chest, the pain that her mother felt made Almira even sadder and depressed.

Almira frowned she felt very guilty for what happened to her mother. "This is all because of me," Almira thought in her heart she kept blaming herself.

Tears welled up in his eyes. "If I could take Mommy place, I can't bear to see Mommy pain like this," Almira muttered in her heart.

Her cheeks continued to flood with tears. "Mommy... I'm sorry Almira this is all because of Mira, Mira is sorry Mom," Almira groaned as she looked into her mother's eyes.

"No honey, you didn't do anything wrong with Mommy, don't be like that, honey, Mommy, it's okay," Moaned Alda while holding back the pain she was suffering.

Meanwhile, Mommy Alda could only smile faintly at her two daughters Almira and Medina, her condition was so weak that Mommy Alda couldn't speak, she could only look at the faces of her two daughters with a parting look.

"Mommy is strong, Mom, here, there are Sis Almira and Medi who are ready to take care of Mommy, we don't want to lose Mommy," Medina said while wiping the tears that were on her cheeks.

Mommy Alda can only smile faintly to cover her pain. Glittering tears filled his eyes. "You love and love Mommy. Mommy loves you very much Almira ... Medina. You must be able to take care of and love each other, honey, you must be able to live in harmony together ..." Mommy Alda stammered.

The quiet and cold atmosphere made anyone in this room unable to hold back their tears. A small smile graced his lips to hide the pain. "Rita, Ma'am, I ask for your help, Ma'am, please take care and protect Almira and Medina," Mommy Alda whispered, looking down at Rita.

Her lips trembled. "Y-yes Ma'am ... I will take care of and love Almira and Medina," said Rita while shedding tears.

Everyone in the room shed tears, they were all moved by what Mommy Alda said, who loved her two daughters so much even for the rest of her life. The adage of a mother's love for all time is very true. This is what is being felt by two beautiful girls who are so sad because their mother's condition is not getting better, on the contrary.
