'Just his ' Nessy thought with a smile. She liked the way it sounded and she sure loved being his. "Ok then, lets go home l am really exhausted" She said to him as she place her hand on her forehead, gesturing that she was very tired.
"Yes, but you still have a lot of work on your desk"Geb said as he glanced at all the undone paperwork on her desk.
Nessy sighed, she almost forgot about the work pilled up on her desk that were undone due to her procrastinations. She always felt very lazy whenever she remembers she had paper work to do, but was energetic when it comes to product launching, advertisement promotion and all that has to do with her showing off her personality.
However, she really needed to take care of the paper work on her table right now. There were so many papers to sign, documents to review and all that. She felt so tired, but she has to attend to them, else the hair wash and shampoo won't be launched on Monday, as proposed.
'Huuuh' she sighed within her, not wanting Geb to know that she really was not willing to attend to her desk. 'He might think am lazy ' she thought and she really wanted to give a good impression.
'Oh my goodness what did he do to her, all her life she has never thought of pleasing anyone expect her dad. But here she was, being very eager and anxious to please a man ' she blushed at the thought.
She sluggishly walked to the her desk, and sat on her chair pretending to show enthusiasm in what she was about to do while averting her gaze from Geb.
Geb stared at her amazed. Of a truth, if he couldn't read thoughts, he wouldn't have been able to know that she was really lazy to work or that she really hated to do the paper work due to her position as the CEO of the company.
He knew she had a lot of work on her table and was sure that she wasn't ready to take care of it, due to the fact that she has being occupied lately by his appearance in her life and other things that followed after. But here they were, he is now the one urging her to take care of her duties and job requirements, only for him to find out that she really hated working 'what a lazy consort! ' he thought not with disgust nor hate but with love and affection.
"Why don't l help finish it up, so we can go home together". He offered, not wanting her to stress herself the more and get more exhausted that she already was. Besides she just gave him a CPR and was already drained from it because she too was not strong enough from her cry ealier.
"Really? I mean would you even know what to do? This is all official business and am not sure if you're really into it, because you look like a model to me". She said with a blush.
Geb felt flattered. "I will sure manage, just tell me what to do and l get on it " he said with an adorable smile.
"Thanks alot, l do really appreciate"she smiled back. She handed him some file and said "please review them for me " she said with the best puppy eyes she could give, but then she realized and asked at once "can you review a paperwork? You know its too much for me to ask, you know what just help me arrange them, l will make a review later" she feeling wrong that she requested that much from him.
"Its ok baby, l am fine and like l said, l can manage. Just keep signing the documents you have at hand and l will review these paper works and am sure we would be done in no time. That's the magic of division of labour" he said with a smile as he stared into her hazel eyes.
"Are you sure, l don't want to put you through alot you know" she sad feeling sad.
"Am fine stop worrying about me, l can do it and it would be fine". Geb replied, giving her a path on her back.
"Ok then" she said as she focused all her interests on the documents that were left in her table. She picked up her pen and let out a sigh before getting to work.
She was so engrossed with all the papers and documents she was looking through and signing including the ones she had to add her own write ups. In a matter of an hour and half, she already had beads of sweat on her forehead and she looked pale and whitish.
Geb noticed this and stared at her at once. He also had been reviewing the paperwork she gave to him. And with the help of the duplicated mind, it wasn't hard for him. He just did what ever Nessy would do if she were the one, and it went just fine.
He had been stealing glances at her as she looked alluring as she was so engrossed with all the work on her desk. Now, his gaze fixed on her, not because he was admiring her, well he was before but now he was worried. Her face was turning white and she was sweating profusely, as eyes kept blinking without will.
Immediately he dumbed the paper work he was reviewing , stood up from where he sat and walked up to her.
"Nessy are you ok? " he said cupping her face.
Nessy looked up at him and gave him a sad smile " l am fine Geb, l just need to use the bathroom, or maybe take a shower " she said pulling his hands away from her cheeks, as she stood up from the chair and walked to her restroom.
*few minutes later *
Geb walked back and forth restlessly. He had this odd feeling that he didn't choose to ignore, he felt as if there was a prensce of darkness around him at the moment like that of Aposis and was not relaxed at all. He had been waiting for Nessy since she entered the bathroom earlier on, and she wasn't out yet.
"No that's too long " he said as he walked to the door leading to the restroom.
"Nessy " he called softly " baby are done". He got no reply 'strange' he thought.
He was now impatient as he opened the door and walked in. He made his way to the bathroom as he opened it to see an almost naked Nessy.
She was only tying a towel on her chest as stood by the bath. She looked at Geb and licked her lips. "Hi baby " she said in the most seducetive voice.
Geb swallowed hard. He knew she was very sexy but did expect her to be this gorgeous. Her light skin was glittering from the bath she had just taken. Her exposed long legs and bare shoulders were driving him mad.
"Hi.. Baby, what took you so long? You made me think the worst, like something bad had happened to you.
"No Geb, am totally fine. Infact, the only thing that took me long was having a nice bath and getting dressed " she said as she cat walked towards him, exposing her inner thigh as she raise the towel her hands that were creasing them.
Geb felt lost. Was it just him or was Nessy really seducing him. He knew she was innocent and but what he didn't understand was why she was seducing him. Did she really want this or was this him manipulating her. No he would never manipulate his Nessy, so this was actually what she wanted. But he was still hesitating, why? He asked himself. He should not let this opportunity go to waste or else if he was a fool or was he? He was just so confused.
She got to where he stood and drew him into a tight warm hug. Seconds later, she drew away from the hug and started creasing his chest "you know l missed you so much Geb " she said affectionately.
"Missed me? But you just left the office few seconds ago" he said still confused.
"Of course Geb, I miss you every time, even the slightest minute we are apart causes me greif". She said now looking into his eyes but then averted her gaze quickly like she realized something.
Geb also saw something strange in her eyes like this sharp flash of darkness that he was feeling earlier. And most of all, he was not sensing her innocence any more. It was just like she was a whole new person.
Immediately, he cupped her face and forced her to look at him. He stared directly into her gray orbs. "Baby are you ok? " he asked still confused as he studied her eyes.
"Am fine Geb, infact am more than fine. I am just tired and need to rest, can we just go home " she said all in one breathe.
Geb didn't push more, he just pecked her forehead and excused her to get dressed...
