It was early afternoon and the suns over Planet Ptoma were high in the sky. Fortunately for the pair in the space station library, the suns didn't affect them and there was just enough light for browsing shelves.
Varya had documents spread around where she crouched on the floor. She had pulled records from around the time she was taken from Earth and she hoped that she would be able to learn something.
There was literature from Earth in the library, but Varya was going to wait to explore what the emperor had taken until she had figured out more about Kallo's disappearance or what had happened to Earth.
Meanwhile, Ebari was in another room, searching through classified records of anything that might have to do with Varya's lost friend. Only he had access to certain areas and she appreciated his efforts in helping her uncover a truth that didn't affect him.
