It was in those "educational" books of his. He keeps learning all sorts of things from those books.
The one he read was of a noble lady and her butler who fell in love but tried to stop themselves due to the difference in status. The two did their best to stop their feelings; but it grew much worse instead until they could no longer stop their feelings and it consumed them.
Arabella was relieved that Ferdinand was just trying to replicate the scene in the story when he addressed her as 'My Lady.'
"Can we continue doing it?" Ferdinand inquired in a hopeful voice since Arabella had recovered.
Arabella smiled, "Yes."
"Then, let's try doing it in the tub," Ferdinand grinned back and carried her.
They haven't tried doing it in the tub yet so she simply agreed.
"But hey, at least pull out first," Arabella commented.
"I will put it back in anyway. Why not just stay like this?" Ferdinand smirked.
