"I'm not that terrible. I wouldn't hate her simply because she had feelings for me. I was the one who was ignorant and clueless. I would have never known if you didn't explain it to me. She had been kind and considerate of me all those times," Ferdinand sighed.
Arabella was relieved he wasn't angry at her either for bringing up the past like this. But then again, he was the one who asked her what her dream was about.
"After living for so long, experiencing all sorts of things, and even living as a human, now that I thought about it, I believe she was quite sweet and lovable. I simply didn't know anything at the time because I was still young," Ferdinand intentionally added to make Arabella react.
[Is she jealous now?] He was hoping she would tell him off or something.
'Humph. Why would I be jealous of my own self?' Arabella internally denied it.
But honestly, she did still feel a bit of that prickly sensation in her chest as Ferdinand praised another woman.
