The room was already noisy when Roland arrived.
The moment he walked inside, a lot of gazes were immediately drawn towards him. Others nodded towards him as a greeting, while the others even went as far as to say hello. A process that Roland had not gotten used to yet, the drastic change of attitude his classmates were showing towards him.
Roland merely smiled and nodded towards them as well. Although he knew the reason for their actions, it would be rude to ignore them as well.
Sitting on his chair, Roland took a cursory glance around him and noticed that everyone was still busy talking among themselves. Curious as to what they were talking about, he decided to ask Madison about it, who was already sitting beside him at this point.
Madison stared at him for a good few seconds before she responded.
"It seems that you really are not always using your phone." She said as if in defeat.
"What's the matter?" Roland asked with a look of confusion on his face.
